My hosting was perfect! The house is surreal of beautiful, even more beautiful in person. Very well-equipped, Casa de magazine itself. Daniel is very helpful and attentive, always ready to answer my doubts. The house is well located and not to mention the beach that is delicious and very quiet. Near restaurants, feirinha, grocery and such. The beds are hotel bed type, very comfortable and quality linen. And Dona Gil, a love of person. It takes care of guests so well that we feel at home, not to mention the delicious foods she prepares. Anyway, everything was perfect. I'll be back for sure!

Simply amazing! I have stayed other times in Barra de São Miguel, but my stay at Eduardo's place was just perfect. It is more than a stay, it is a memorable experience. The house is even more beautiful in person, wonderful pool, large bedrooms, comfortable beds and blankets, the bed looks like 5 star hotel. Not to mention Sidney who takes care of the place, very helpful and careful with everything. Rosi, a full-handed cook, made a shrimp in the delicious moranga that will be kept forever on my palate, and Diana, a person's love, cleaned the house with such zeal. I just loved everything and plan to come back for the next vacation.

Strengths: The house is great! Very spacious and complete. New appliances, good furniture, good beds, new and smelly bedding and towels. The house was very clean. Complete and cozy leisure area. The house is simply PERFECT! A villa with a huge backyard, with the foot of acerolas, coconut trees and a huge, serious, WONDERFUL lawn!! I only have to thank you for all the hospitality and for leaving this paradise in the sand available for rent. Amazing Experience!!!!!!

The location of the house is the high point. Excellent!!! Beach with calm water and without muvuca in front. Communication with the host was quick and we were answered about all requests. We hired Fatima, the cook, to help us and she was great. Tranquila, discreet and willing to help always. We will return and recommend it for sure. Thank you to Thaise and João for your attention.

Our accommodation was great!! We were in 6 couples and the house answered perfectly! Spacious rooms, all with air conditioning, several bathrooms (Each couple had their bathroom, and there were still 1). The common area was big beeem, so we always had coffee and dinner with everyone! We even made a new year decoration in the garage for the turn :D And there's nothing to say about the person Thalitta told us to hire to clean the house! Simone was an angel! Everyone was delighted with her! Very helpful, reliable, high-spirited, fun, fast! Willing to kidnap her and bring it inside the back suitcase ♥ Thalitta was very attentive too! Carmen's house is even BETTER than the pictures. The condominium is luxurious and the house is wonderful. Super well equipped, everything works perfectly, high-quality utensils and appliances. Every corner of the house has attention to detail, everything is meticulously well decorated and well maintained. The pool is not heated, however, as Carmen said, there is no need. An extremely pleasant temperature at any bath time. Well-kept gardens, lots of security and great location. Really one of the best Airbnb choices. My family and I had beautiful and very comfortable moments in this wonderful house! In addition, all questions and needs were promptly answered. Thanks Carmen, it was magical, a thousand stars. Our stay at Jessica's place was exceptional! The house is fantastic, delivered impeccably clean and organized. Large space with great natural lighting and ventilation. The new air conditioners worked perfectly. The location is privileged: 10 minutes from Gunga beach and 7 minutes from Barra de São Miguel - our favorite for the tranquility and barrier of coral that creates a calm sea. The condominium provided us with security. The garden has gorgeous flowers and exceptional scented basil feet, which Jessica allowed us to harvest a little. Its flexibility was a differential, allowing early entry and pressure-free exit. We only have to thank for the wonderful holiday we enjoy with friends at this excellent property. Gratitude!

The stay was excellent, we were at 7 people, all well accommodated. The 3 bedrooms are large and the air condition (of wall that makes normal noise of it) are new and good. All impeccable. My family from Santa Catarina loved it and have already elected the best place in Barra de São Miguel to return. O Homemeiro, Mr. Antônio super helpful and takes care of everything leaving the patio and the pool super show! The beach of the shells that is in front, you can only go at low tide, but it is very beautiful, if you have the courage to walk a little more there are places to enter the very beautiful water. The trade is close by, with bakery and markets. The Host, João Marcelo, always helpful and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

I stayed in this amazing house and couldn't help but recommend! The location is perfect, close to the best beaches, providing easy and quick access to everything the region has of best. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, ideal for those looking for rest and convenience. Also, the cook nominated by Lucila made all the difference. The meals were delicious and gave a special touch to my stay. Lucila, who is an excellent host, has always been attentive and helpful, ensuring that everything ran perfectly during my stay. It's been an amazing time at that place. I loved it when I saw that there was a baby feeding chair and a little grocery store, my baby enjoyed it a lot. Very beautiful and comfortable house, structured condominium with a beautiful view. We just miss a clothesline and towel rack in the bathrooms.

Great house, well organized! Great place to take the family. The Marineide Host always responded promptly to my requests. All clean and very comfortable.

Staff, the residence matches the photos of the listing and is very well-equipped. There are 5 spacious suites with TV + 1 DCE. The house is well divided and has the ideal separation of intimate and social areas. The strength of the house is the gourmet area/balcony, as it is very large and well-equipped. I spent 3 excellent days with my family and spent most of the time in the gourmet area. The residence is in the best condominium in Barra de São Miguel, so we were well served with infrastructure. As my son's birthday was, both he and his cousins and friends at the school enjoyed the infrastructure of the condominium that is closed and with private security. Both the check in and check out were made flexible by Cláudio who always answered my questions quickly. Since everything is not flowers, the negative point is the mosquitoes, because at the bottom of the residence passes the River Nikim, but this is nothing new for those of the region and we take a lot of repellent. I strongly indicate Claudio's place.
