The house is comfortable and has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a balcony on the upper floor (access via stairs), a living/dining room, an outdoor leisure area with a shower and barbecue grill, a laundry area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

A house right on the sand! Beautiful and Comfortable, 50 meters from Barra de São Miguel Beach. Fine sand and a turquoise sea with warm waters. At low tide, they form natural pools, excellent for children or even adults. The house, besides being beautiful, is comfortable, very spacious and fully equipped. With a cook and/or housekeeper service (see cost) you will have an extra comfort in your stay. You'll love it!!
