We are located at 18 km from the central region of Volta Redonda, the route is all along a paved highway (Nossa Senhora do Amparo). We are 3km from Amparo, district of Barra Mansa. Our site is next to the Recanto do Aconchego Condominium and you can find us on Google Maps, searching for Sítio Laspézia. Please note: The rental is not available to guests or guests beyond the number of 10 people informed! For events upon consultation, with a limit of people and difference in values.

Fireplace, sauna, thermal sheet… next to a river… we do not accept visits without prior authorization. We have an extra cottage for the second couple.

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
