Es de los condominios con menor densidad de construcción por lo que se disfruta de una gran privacidad difícil de encontrar en la zona aún en temporada alta.

Muy cerca de centros comerciales (Chedraui y La Isla), a los que llegas en 5 minutos en coche o 20 min caminando. Servicio de taxis muy cercano. Ideal para pasar unos agradables días de descanso. Ambiente familiar y respetuoso. Un espacio de estacionamiento, dentro de las instalaciones. OJO: La Isla aún está en reparaciones después del huracán Otis.
