Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The apartment is very well equipped and is very suitable for a long-term stay. It was clean and felt cosy. I would definitely stay there again. The gym had the equipment exactly as shown in the pictures. They close some time in the evening for the night (22 or 23), so just make sure to double check this from reception before, if needed. The laundry room is open 24h and is well equipped. You either need Argentina phone number for the mobile app or tokens. I used SMS Virtual app to fake the phone number. The host was very responsive and answered quickly, even though he was not in the country and couldn't assist directly. The area is well guarded and secure. I recommend.

Edu's apartment is impeccable! It's beautiful and for two people it's very comfortable. Edu is a genius, we had a problem on arrival because of the airline and Edu knew how to solve it very well. Undoubtedly a very good stay.

Great location to get to any tourist spot on foot! Very pleasant location, hot shower, utensils available. Jorge, co-host, very helpful and concerned about our well-being. He responds quickly to questions, and gave clear instructions on entering and leaving the building, and other amenities of the apartment.

The accommodation is just as shown in the post. The place is easy to find and the instructions to enter are super clear. I like self-employed income, I find it more practical, without possible waiting. The apartment is very complete. I like to cook at home when I'm traveling and I found everything I needed in the kitchen, and that's something I value very much when I travel. I felt right at home. There were many things that I did not use because I was there for a few days, but I think that for a long stay it is a very comfortable place. Inside the house there are instructions for almost everything and I did not need to contact him for anything, but Santiago is very attentive at all times and it is something that I also value very much: the balance between being present but without invading. The bed is very comfortable, the wifi is fast and the air conditioning works well. A 10.

A neighborhood full of art and history, we were very satisfied with the stay, there was ease of getting around by bus and on foot.

The place is very nice and comfortable to spend a few days in downtown Buenos Aires. I really liked all the help they gave me because it was the first time I visited the capital of Argentina.
