The Ojo Cabin near Ojo Caliente Hot Springs

JuttaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A most beautiful and quiet place and a experienced helpful host. The cabin needs to reached by foot crossing a suspension bridge over the ojo creek. Beautiful. Dave said to read instructions before coming. That is really important. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. There is a pavilion also reachable via a short walk with a full kitchen and excellent WiFi if needed. Trails are on the grounds to stroll or hike in walking distance. Simply a most healing and beautiful place and host

Il Nido di Corvo ("Raven's Nest") - Abiqui, NM

AmyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Simply magical! Possibly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The pictures (which are good!) don’t do it justice. The property is gorgeous. The unit itself is immaculate and so well thought out. You don’t want for anything and there are even nice surprises like coffee, tea, Cliff bars, and filtered water. The bed is luxurious in size and the quality of the bedding. But most importantly, Anastacia and Robert are tremendous hosts. They are both incredibly warm, welcoming, and generous with their time and knowledge of the area. I felt utterly at home and cannot wait to return.

Lake Abiquiu Pedernal Retreat!

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is the fourth place we’ve stayed at on the mesas and it is the most stunning. Salina thought of everything from the well-stocked kitchen to the latches that hold the doors in place on a breezy morning, to the chairs in the front hall closet, and the kayaks on the side of the house. The attention to detail is impeccable. We loved every minute taking in the views from the picture windows in the living room. Even on a rainy day I could watch storms roll over the lake for hours. It is truly a spectacular place. I’ll be counting the days till we come back next year.

Rancho Verde Bunk House on working ranch

JarinRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
What a great little place to have as an option for lodging in this central area to all of the great motorcycle riding that we did!! Since we are fellow livestock owners, we felt right at home in the barn atmosphere surrounded by all of the beautiful horses. Star greeted us as soon as we came down the driveway and was there for anything we needed. She was also gracious enough to show us her beautiful work in her art studio which was a real treat. She is a very talented artist! The bunkhouse had everything we needed and more. It was warm while we were visiting so the air conditioner was a welcomed feature as was the washer and dryer and the eggs and other goodies that were left for us as an added bonus! We would definitely come stay here again if we are ever in the area. Great place and fantastic hosts:)

Glamping in a Tiny A-Frame Stargazer

MereyaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Needed a quick place to stay for the night, and this spot delivered exactly what I was looking for. It's truly a glamping experience—super comfortable bed, clean sheets, a pitcher of water, and stunning views of the stars. Think: camping, but with a boujee setup and no need to pitch your own tent. That said, it is definitely bare bones in a good way. Come prepared like you would for camping: bring your own lighting (headlamp or flashlight is a must), cups, extra water, toilet paper, blankets, etc. Wear closed toed shoes. It's the located in the high desert so expect chilly nights, but it quickly warms up with the sun. The owner was very upfront about what to expect, which I really appreciated, and she was incredibly responsive throughout. It's about a 30-minute drive from Taos proper. We arrived late at night and still found the place easily, but again—don’t forget a headlamp for that 30-second walk to the bathroom in the dark!

La Bonita Ermita

RobertoRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Overall we had a great experience staying at Dave & Lee’s place. The place is small as they mention in the description, but the space works really well in allowing a comfortable stay with great views.. Every photo matched what we were expecting. The location was also great as we were about a 30 minute drive from Santa Fe which was a very easy drive once you hit the highway. If you’re looking to hike, the location of the house is also a short 10 minute drive to Pecos National Park. We did want to note that because the house is located on a mountain, the driveway to the house is very steep which can make walking to and from your car challenging if you don’t have an AWD vehicle to park directly in front of the house. We brought a wagon to help load and unload our luggage which made it easier to carry everything from the alternative parking location up the hill.

This place is a gem! I walked in and felt welcomed into a bright, clean, colorful, beautifully decorated and tended place. It was quiet and peaceful with a delicious cup of coffee in the morning on the deck! The bed was comfortable! Every detail of design was well thought out and inspiring! Thank you! I will be back when I come through!
