The home is a fully remodeled cozy townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third room has a bunk bed that the kids love. The neighborhood has a kids playground, walking trail and plenty of greenery. We are about 10-15 minutes away from the most famous Woodfield mall and Schaumburg city center. Very close to many corporate offices. 3 minutes away from Target, Jewel Osco and many restaurants.

A private entrance makes check-in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, WIFI, and cable provided. Washer/Dryer available upon request. Pool is for registered guests only. Owners on site to assist if needed.

We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

There are 2bedrooms , full bath, kitchenette and living room in this lower level apartment 1 bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom is garden level and has a split king that adjusts with remotes. You are welcome to use the upstairs family room, kitchen and laundry room. We want you to feel like this is your home away from home. We do have 2 small hypoallergenic dogs and sometimes have a foster dog! You must walk through our home to access the stairs

a SIMPLE place

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.
