This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

There are several shops, restaurants, bars, leisure areas & the beach just a few meters away, which allows you to do everything on foot. Free parking area. The house has SE orientation and has sun almost all day long. The large terrace allows refreshing moments in the evening, but in an intimate way. AC/CC and fans in all rooms.

EXCEPCIONAL !!!!! Llevo años viajando con Airbnb y es la primera vez que le pongo un 10 absoluto en TODO a un alojamiento. María fué muy amable, el contacto fue perfecto, las indicaciones claras y las recomendaciones perfectas. El apartamento esta cuidado al detalle y estaba MUY limpio. Rodeado de de bares, restaurantes y a escasos metros del mar. Calle peatonal con plaza de garaje. Recomendable al 200%

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

Hielke’s villa is gorgeous and very well equipped. It has so many terraces that guests are guaranteed to catch the sun on one of them at some stage during the day. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the lagoon. There are still quite a lot of building works being carried out in the resort but in the next few years when building is completed the resort will be amazing. Apart from a small section to the front left of Hielke’s villa, building works are completed in the area of his villa. The chirungita bar on the lagoon appears to open only at weekends and sections of the lagoon are closed off during the week depending on the availability of lifeguards so that is disappointing. However this may be rectified once the entire resort has been completed. A supermarket on site would be a huge advantage to guests of the resort, hopefully that will be added in the future. Regardless of these, Hielke’s villa and the resort itself are incredible and very beautiful places to stay

Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones en la casa de Miguel Angel y ha sido como estar en casa. El piso está en una zona tranquila pero a la vez cerca de pueblos y playa y con buen acceso a las carreteras principales. La casa esta genial, tal y como aparece en las fotos. Es mas, tiene una gran terraza que es una autentica maravilla para leer o cenar tranquilamente que en las fotos no se aprecia. La casa tiene todos los servicios de los que hace referencia e incluso mas!! Y en cuanto al anfitrión el contacto con el ha sido super fácil, ameno y ha estado pendiente nuestro durante al estancia en todo momento. Es mas! nos dejó bebida y unos detalles de bienvenida, que no tenia porqué dejarlo y la verdad es que es de agradecer. En todos los años que llevamos usando airbnb es la primera vez que nos encontramos con una casa tan completa, en la que no nos ha hecho falta llevar nada. La verdad es que ha sido un autentico lujo! Desde luego recomendamos al 1000% este alojamiento.
