This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Cozy cottage overlooking fields, Upwell

Plawfield Cottage is quaint, a little bit quirky and full of charm. Dating from the 18th century it is to be found in the historic Fenland village of Upwell, Norfolk in a quiet, private secluded spot overlooking open fields to the rear. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests. Upwell has pubs, convenience stores, butchers, take-aways and roadside veg stalls. It is the perfect base for trips both inland and coastal in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or further afield.

Home from home garden lodge

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival.

Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Paddock view is located on a working equestrian property. On the outskirts of a small village located between popular towns like Downham Market, Kings Lynn and Swaffham. Also with the chance of occasional plane spotting as we are not far from RAF Marham. The Flat is self contained and well equipped with access only via stairs with Shower room/ toilet downstairs . Please be aware as this is on an equestrian property there will be horses and other animals on site.

Rook’s Nest, Shouldham

Situated in the beautiful and peaceful village of Shouldham, which dates back to 1066, is this idyllic little nest. The village boasts a friendly local pub which is only a five minute walk away and plenty of forest walks can be had in Shouldham Warren which is on the edge of the village. There are a variety of stately homes (including Sandringham) to visit, and Hunstanton, the historic gateway town to the North Norfolk Coast, is not too far away.
