In the heart of the village of Barsac, in Sauternais, the Château d'Anna, one of the smallest estates in the region, offers a cozy cottage of 45 m2; located above the barrel cellar, access is via a wooden country staircase located at the back of the alley. Comprising a bedroom, a very well-equipped kitchen/living room, the whole can comfortably accommodate two people. Comfortable terrace on the same floor as the cottage with small table, chairs, armchairs, deckchairs.

Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

Studio of about 30 m2 composed of a small kitchen, a sofa bed, a dressing room, a mezzanine with a double bed. The place can accommodate up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, towel dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. Access is through the garage of the house and then you have your private space. Hand delivery of keys between 6pm and 9pm.
