Fabulous place to stay, had all we needed. Beautiful area of the country.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

The accommodation was lovely and clean. The lodge was in a quiet cul de sac. The kitchen was well stocked, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The site was well kept, the swimming pool and sauna were really nice. Communication with Julie was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyable,first time on this campsite, very peaceful, outdoor and indoor pool, lots of lovely walks, Helen was very helpful , and caravan has a great position for everything

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. We needed a place to stay to visit my daughters and to check out the local area as we are looking to move to the area. The accommodation was just the ticket. It was easy to find and was walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. It was very clean, and they provided everything we needed (particularly like the welcome pack). The instructions were spot on, and they even provided details regarding local shops and restaurants. It was certainly big enough, with a very spacious living area and kitchen. All in all an amazing experience. Thank you!

The cottage was a beautiful and peaceful place to be at the end of the day after a long walk. Clare made us feel welcome with little things such as milk in the fridge, butter and jam, biscuits…etc. It feels very homely, clean and welcoming. As soon as I stepped in I didn’t want to leave the place! Great location too with cafés close by to have breakfast or lunch and places for drinks and dinner. We had the opportunity to check in early and leave later which made our stay longer, which was well appreciated. I would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed at Julia’s air BnB with another family of 4, in total 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. It was one of, if not the best equipped air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. Julia was really responsive and helpful. We stayed here so we could take our toddlers to peppa pig world, it’s a 30 minute drive and we also went to Moors Valley which was also a great day out for adults and the kids! Have already recommended to others and would definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Fabulous home. Perfect for our family holiday as you can all spread out to different areas, and also large enough to all enjoy spaces together. Our toddler and my father absolutely loved the garden. It’s the perfect size, and so peaceful. My husband and I enjoyed the Games room (really fun with the neon lights and disco lights on whilst playing Pacman! ) and my mum loved playing the piano in there. My Gran enjoyed snoozing in the sunroom. All spotlessly clean. Beds all comfy. Great there’s a twin room and toilet/ shower room downstairs as that worked well for my Gran so she didn’t have to negotiate the stairs. Brilliant location just a few minutes away from the village or seafront. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you for a gorgeous stay.

Cracking location just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Well equipped and nicely laid-out cottage provided a very cosy retreat from some miserable February weather. Gorgeous walks and welcoming pubs in all directions. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Milford-on-Sea. Our host was very welcoming and responsive to all our queries both before and during our stay. The property was well stocked with everything you could possibly need as well as being spotless and comfortable with incredible views. The location is perfect, only a few minutes away from the local village and pub, which is perfect for an evening meal, as well as the view of the Needles from the coast, which is breathtaking and perfect for a stroll. Other highlights include Hurst castle, Beaulieu and the New Forest itself. Milford was the perfect centre point for so many great activities and walks with plenty of information and maps included in the property. The garden was such a peaceful place to relax after a long day exploring and the kitchen was well equipped for home cooking as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better property, host or location and would certainly return here again. Thank you so much for having us!

We have just returned from a wonderful 9 day break in Barton on Sea, and I couldn't recommend the place highly enough! The house was very clean and had all the amenities that you could possibly want for on holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and the basic layout very comfortable indeed. We found the house without any problems and checking in was straightforward. This was my first time in the area, and I have to point out how very clean I found the whole place. Barton on Sea is immaculately well looked after. I went on several local walks and was amazed at how generally well kept it all was. The local pub, The Housemartin was within an easy 20 minute walk and served very good food and the staff were very helpful and friendly. As it was a holiday we were in there more than once too! All in all, I would rate this as one of the very best properties that I have stayed in over my fairly long time on Airbnb.

We had a fabulous girls weekend at this property and would absolutely recommend this place for a nice long weekend by the coast. Rooms were lovely, beds were comfortable and the space was clean and spacious. The host even kindly left us some Easter cakes which were delicious! The property is close to the coast and a lovely restaurant called ‘Pebble Beach’ where we had a delicious dinner! We hired hot tub for the weekend which was great, particularly as the sun showed up for us! We didn’t even feel like we had to leave the property at all, we were having such a good time. Thank you for such a great stay! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a lovely few nights at the cottage. Everything is well thought out , beds comfy and a nice homely feel to the place. Just one tiny thing we thought the shower rooms would benefit from something to store shower gel, shampoo/conditioner whilst showering. Recommend the smugglers inn which a couple of minutes walk from the cottage and the lighthouse which is down at the beach

A lovely cosy little place that is in a quiet, peaceful location but equally well located for seeing West Isle of Wight. We didn't bring a car as the bus service is really reliable. The description and pictures are very accurate so be under no illusions that the place is best suited to 2 people. But equally, the bathroom in particular is a high standard for this kind of place and it has everything we needed.

Ian's place is in a great location - the beach is 5 mins walk at the end of the road. The Paddle cafe (1 min walk) is perfect for a morning coffee or brunch, and very friendly. You are on the doorstep of the New Forrest, and can access some great beaches within 5-10 mins drive too. The space was great for our family - nice big living room and well-sized, clean rooms too. Ian was very responsive too.

Myself and my family absolutely LOVED the place! So welcoming and easy to find, lots of stuff for adults and kids, everything a short drive away and lovely walks, and will be booking very soon for another break! Thank you!

A modern, warm and spotlessly clean house, ideal for two people. Diane is very friendly and helpful. An easy level walk into Lymington, and an ideal location from which to explore the New Forest.

Just back from a wonderful 4 nights with my daughters and grandchildren. On 3 levels so plenty of room for everyone. Great location and lots to see and do. Great that the lovely clean beach is just across the road. Lots of fun memories made. Elaine is a lovely, communicative host. Thankyou Elaine from us all.

Absolutely fabulous place. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was wonderful and a welcome addition to start (and finish) the day. The location is great for exploring Dorset. We took a lovely walk to Highcliffe Castle along the beach and enjoyed Mudeford Quay as well. Christchurch, Bournemouth, Swanage and Weymouth are all within reach for a day out. There are shops and supermarkets within walking distance (through the rear park) and restaurants close by too. The house itself was much larger than the pictures seem to show and the four of us (all adults) had no problem relaxing and feeling at home. Netflix in both bedrooms and the lounge was a great addition and the welcome wine and chocolates was a great touch. I highly recommend this house for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Dorset.
