Perfect little Airbnb in an adorable neighborhood with lots of character! Just a few streets away from nightlife if you’re interested, but totally quiet in a peaceful neighborhood for restful sleep. A beautiful park across the street! Plenty of parking behind the apartment. Shower is a small stand-up, but perfect hot water! All the necessary amenities with a small sink, plates, glassware, silverware. Very well kept and clean! Adorably decorated and cozy! The perfect little spot if you are looking to explore Austin! I would definitely visit again!

Awesome place to stay! Lots of games, all the things to cook with, and the best of all was the amazingly comfortable bed and plush pillows!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was how easy it was to access—being on the first floor made coming and going a breeze. Everything was just as described, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely condo exactly as pictured. Plenty of kitchen items. Great location with accessibility to the best parts of Austin. Clear instructions on entry and house rules. Two parking spaces right in front of the unit. Definitely recommend, especially for those seeking a longer stay.

Loved our stay! Super walkable but still located in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed checking out the local spots recommended by the hosts. House was super cute, clean and had all the amenities you’d need. Hosts even messaged to check in on us after a heavy storm passed through, would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to visit Austin!

Wonderful place! The backyard is private and the pool was fabulous. Home had plenty of room to gather and have fun and beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to some great restaurants and Barton Springs.

As someone who has been to ATX countless times this is an EXCEPTIONAL place. It’s not only the location (which is UNPARALLELED), but also Aaron, the host, has thought of everything. I felt right at home with my two pups and had several friends and family pop in for a visit. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, my husband and I were unable to stay at Carole’s for the duration of the trip. She was a gracious host and was able to work with us to refund our trip after having to cancel for personal reasons. Carole’s listing is in a wonderful location, well maintained and very thoughtful details for guests traveling from all over with a list of recommendations!

Great stay; within walking distance of our destination. The unit was very clean, well kept, big TVs, multi-cultural books throughout, and enough room for everyone to sit. The whole place was modernized but with a homey feel. The quiet neighborhood was especially nice for a good night’s rest in the super comfortable beds.

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Ashley is an owner operator and cares about guests. The house was very clean, well equipped and functional. Ashley provides the extra level of service without the layer of corporate machinery and upcharge that is growing more typical.

The home was adorable and comfortable. It was a convenient location for where I needed to be for my work trip. The host was kind and responsive. Great little place to visit while in Austin.

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

This is our second time to stay with Jason, and we will continue to come back. We love the location, and always enjoy walking at the park. We love the roof top pool and the accommodations.
