Great Teacara! We rented for my husband's birthday and there were several tables of plastic marfinite (TOP PRODUCT! none of those unstable bar chairs) to use, clean pool, flawless soccer field. Back again and was praised by everyone. Very good.

The house is spacious, quiet, corresponds exactly to the ad, everything was clean and organized. Felipe was very agile and helpful in his answers and guidance. We hope to return.

We received the access password in time,we went to the Nitro Circus event, so very close we were on foot due to the great location. Clean and organized environment, bed and bath linens. We are only one night 2 adults 1 child. I recommend it!

Marli's Airbnb is excellent. The house is cozy, with charming decor and a lived-in home atmosphere. It is very well located, close to a bakery, snack bars, pharmacy and market. Everything was clean and organized, the bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, with a stable signal for remote work. The location can be a bit noisy as it is next to an avenue, so it is good to consider this (and wear ear protection). Marli is a super attentive host, always available to help. The space is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, hot shower, hair dryer, iron, extra blankets; I didn't miss anything. It is about 10 minutes by car from USP. I recommend checking the address correctly (and not the ready location of the app) to arrive without problems. I intend to stay there again when I return to São Paulo :)

Good location, the kit net was just like the description, around it there were a lot of commercial establishments such as markets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies and two squares! Quiet, safe place and Mr. Enio is super helpful, proactive and very polite!

I got this apartment at the last minute due to changes in plans, I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer, but I already had another one booked :(. Perfect, from the host's service, spacious balcony, clean apartment, super comfortable, exactly what my husband and I needed, great gym. Perfect location, not in the middle of chaos, but close to everything! It wasn't noisy at night. I felt comfortable and at home. I want to come back as soon as possible.

I feel at home, the beds are wonderful, very large, very good space! and there is a market in the building that also makes it easier! and about the key in the car that I saw some people afraid! there is no reason why it is something common in the building! We will come back more often!
