Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bas du Fort, Le Gosier

We had a wonderful stay at Lawrence’s place as a family with 3 kids and 1 grandparent. The view is just magnificent! The town of St-Anne and it’s beach are not far away and bigger grocery store Leclerc is at 20mins.

We had a great week. The location is ideal for spreading throughout Basse-Terre. Naïdy and her daughter Emily were very welcoming and responsive. The accommodation is very faithful to the description, and the view of Pigeon Island is incredible! 😊

Very beautiful and typified accommodation, with a magical tropical garden. Very friendly hostess, both discreet and present when needed. We had a great time, everything was there for our well-being.

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful garden and a sumptuous decoration. All the little touches are very appreciated and Françoise as well as her husband are very warm, responsive and welcoming.

We just left Paradise! Honestly, what Olivier & Renaud have created is nothing short but "Paradise". Our treehouse "the Explorer" was super nice, clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The welcome was very kind and communication throughout was perfect & quick. Both speak English very well and are honestly the loveliest, trustworthy guys and give you the best recommendations for foody places but also dive schools etc. which we happily used and can now also vouch for. We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer. Well, there will be a next time for sure. Thank you, Olivier & Renaud - for sharing your beautiful home with us - it was a pleasure to meet you! ;-)

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Communication 😊 with Céline and Christophe was always very fast. We would highly recommend it!

Wonderful place, well located near great beaches!

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Sandra and her husband were warm, communicative and accommodating. On the first day, they provided breakfast and fresh pineapple, which was sweet and delicious! Sandra also helped me book the ferry over to Les Saintes and was an exemplary host! Always very pleasant and smiling. Gave us our space but were always somehow nearby if we needed anything! 10/10!!! The airbnb is to the centre of the island, so it was a central point to go exploring. Would recommend getting a vehicle if staying there because the access road to the main road is a bit long to walk. The accommodation is just as pictured. The kitchen and toilet were just outside the room, but the bathroom was inside. This was not a problem for me, but pointing out if it matters to others. There were some mosquitos but Sandra provided a net over the bed and a mosquito zapper so inside the room was fine. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend and would stay when in Guadeloupe next. Thanks for everything! <3

There's no note for this place, because this one will stay forever in my memories. We stayed in the hut, and despite the sanitary pole which was a little distant, the atmosphere really charmed us. It was magical, in the middle of nature, this place is the most beautiful antidote to the hustle and bustle of city life. Loved it! A huge thank you to the owners: it's thanks to them that these rare homes still exist.

Very welcoming hosts. We rented this house because there were 2 bedrooms. Since there were only 2 of us, only one room had been prepared…but our hosts offered to prepare the bed when we told them. It's fine but pretty rudimentary, the decor is very nice. Our boat was unable to leave the port because of the busy sea, quickly our hosts accommodated us for another night.

We had a great time at Vana's place. Everything was perfect! The ideal location with your feet in the water, we refreshed ourselves after a start to the “sick” stay. If we had to choose from the 3 properties we rented during our stay, it would be Vana's, without hesitation.

A big thank you to Dorkis and Jackie for this fabulous stay. We had a pleasant welcome and welcome products in the fridge. The view is amazing from the terrace, it should be highlighted more in the photos but at least the discovery is surprising. The atmosphere is family, you feel at the entrance house! Nice continuation to you and maybe see you soon!

The whole family had a great time. A very nice house that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors and the pool. Quiet in a cul-de-sac surrounded by unoverlooked greenery. We even thought about staying for a few more days. Fluid and responsive communication. Thanks to Yannick.

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

If we could give 6 stars, I would have given 6 without hesitation. In its entirety, from the welcome to the accommodation, its location, the view, the standing, the exchanges, it's just the best, it's the best accommodation I've been able to discover on all my rentals in Guadeloupe. We were only able to meet Julie's husband, and not Julie, but it's all the same, they are happy to welcome us and to offer a property of this quality for rent. I would highly recommend.

We only spent 4 nights in our kaz, but what a great time. Sulyanise welcomed us with great sweetness and kindness, we discovered together the fertilization of vanilla and so many other stories of the island. A real enchanted parenthesis, thank you to her and Philippe.

We had a pleasant stay! The views are breathtaking and we were so comfortable at the Villa that it was hard to leave to explore! The sunsets are beautiful.

Great stay at Isabelle's very well-equipped apartment as at home everything is there! With beautiful infinity pool and private beach. Very quiet and very secure residence to recommend ++

We spent eight days with two adults and two children (10 and 13 years old) in the accommodation – and I have to say: The house was simply fantastically beautiful, we lacked nothing! From here you can easily reach all the beautiful beaches on Grande-Terre. The excursions that Marie offers together with her husband are also highly recommended. We did the tour to Îlet de Caret with a ride through the mangroves - from the first contact to the excursion itself, everything was perfectly organized. The house is excellently equipped, there is really nothing missing - and the pool is simply great! We can 100% recommend Marie and her accommodation!
