The place was beautiful and peaceful. The room was spacious, and comfortable. The foods are delicious and the staffs are friendly. Miss Elmira answered all our inquiries and very informative. The beach can't be accessed but it's okay still because the pool is not crowded and all. Everything was perfect. Will definitely book again with this place and with miss Elmira! ❤️

Place just look exactly like the place. We enjoyed our stay there. Accessible to grocery as well and transpo and there’s a nearby 7/11. Miss Diane was also very responsive. Feedback: Provide trash bags for the room and add few cookwares. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay! Value for money. ☺️ Will definitely book again!

I loved everything about the location and interior of the unit. I was able to relax by myself for 3 days. Thank you so much for solving the problems right away even though it was night time & weekend. Definitely recommend it & willing to visit again.

The unit was quiiet and very organized. Easy to find amd accessed by taxi or grab ride. Really closed to the malls and IT Park. Highly recommended for either staycation or personal business purpose to stay in. Lastly, the host was very proactive and responsive to the needs of the tenants.

ChaCha was a very responsive and hospitable host. From the moment we arrived in Mactan Int’l Airport, she personally picked us up with my family and a bunch of luggages and provided us with transportation to the condo unit we are staying for a week. The staff in the building was very friendly and helpful. The place is quiet, peaceful, safe and is in a great location to food, groceries, entertainment and tourist spots in Cebu city. She also prepared our condo with ample supply of toiletries, bottled water and local snack delicacies. We had a little issue with plumbing, the toilet bowl flush didn’t work but she immediately sent her personal assistant and an engineer to fixed the problem ASAP. We also enjoyed the onsite pool and gym area, which was important to my kids. We really enjoyed our stay in ChaCha’s place and will definitely come back if we visit Cebu, Philippines again. Thank you ChaCha for making our stay worthwhile and memorable. 💕🥰

Every time I reached out with questions, he was quick to assist and made me feel welcome. The space itself was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations, especially given the affordability compared to similar properties. I really appreciated how well everything was maintained. Additionally, the staff were always available and ready to help whenever needed, ensuring that my visit went off without a hitch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely return!

It is generally a clean place, there are some small cockroaches occasionally, there is a small balcony, which is nice.

I think this place was wonderful especially for the location and view had no problem cooking washing all in all great to get away and relax by yourself or a partner.

The place is nice, so comfy and homey. Very accessible to SM.Hosts also were very responsive. Would love to stay again here.
