Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Muhteşem bir deneyimdi, kalabalık olmamıza rağmen ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımıza uygun büyüklükteydi. Mutfakta herşey düşünülmüştü. Evin bütün imkanlarından yararlandığımız harika bir kaçamak oldu. Kar yağması ve şömine başında oturup odun çıtırtısıyla izlemek bizim için güzel bir anı oldu. Caner bey her zaman hızlı dönüş yaptı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Bu deneyimi tekrar yaşamak isteriz.

This was a delightfully boho chic place to stay, with gorgeous exposed brick and a super cool vibe. Upstairs from a very quiet and clean tattoo and piercing studio with a shared main entrance, but with a private locked gate, it reminded me of East London in the late 2000s. Atmosphere of the neighborhood is awesome, with lots of great cafés, and the street the place is on is super quiet as it is generally closed to through traffic. The upstairs lounge area was fabulous - wish I could have stayed longer as would have happily set up there for a month or two! There are lots of super sweet cats in the area, which was a highlight for us.

Very great houseing experience, even the price is affordable but the service is definitely super. Kadir is a kind and friendly host, he helped us moving the luggage both on our way of check-in and check-out, he even helped me translating while talking with the local taxi driver. The house is absolutely amazing, exactly the same according to the photos, nice and clean, and it’s great to taking pictures while suns out. Balat is also my fav district in Istanbul, almost all the rum churches in Istanbul are in walkable distance. And if u wanna visit downtown, the T5 tram train station is only 5 mins away from the door step, everything is convenient. I’m glad that we booked this gorgeous place, if we had chance coming back to Istanbul, this place would definitely be our first choice on the list.

ich habe etwa drei Wochen in Istanbul, im Stadtteil Mimarsinan, verbracht und war mit meinem Aufenthalt äußerst zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit und die durchdachten Details in der Unterkunft haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Однозначно рекомендую этот апартмент! Жилье соответствует объявлению. Находится в 15-20 минутах от аэропорта. Просторная квартира. Есть необходимые удобства. Не далеко есть кафе. Хозяева очень внимательны, заботливы и отзывчивы. Могут помочь в решении вопросов туриста, в т.ч. такси др. Этаж первый, но это очень нормально, т.к район безопасный и тихий, только самолёты слышны в небе. Хусеин и его супруга, хозяева жилья, отличные молодые люди! Хусеин, просто выручил нас и согласился отвезти нас в 2 часа ночи в аэропорт за небольшую плату!!! В целом положительные впечатления, благодарю хозяев!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! La localisation est idéal pour les transports, nous n’avons utilisé que le bateau toute la semaine ! La gare étant à 5 minutes c’était un vrai bonheur ! Logement propre et calme, avec une vue magnifique sur le Bosphore. Dès le premier soir nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli, Server nous a invité à boire le thé et à manger les Baklava fait par sa maman <3 La quartier est animée mais cela ne se ressent pas dans le logement, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité, des petits cafés pour le petit déjeuner, aux restaurants pour tout les goûts ! Nous recommandons vivement !

It is very identical with what you see in the pictures, Asmali Mescit is one of my favorite districts in Istanbul because of night life, this place is just in the heart of it. Savas is a kind fellow helped me to carry my luggage. I can only suggest the curtains with thicker ones as street lights came in the room. A clean, decent Airbnb for the ones who want to explore Istanbul most of their time, recommended

Tek kelimeyle harika bir konaklama geçirdim. Bu platformdan kiraladığım ilk evdir ve başta tedirgindim fakat hiçbir sorun yaşamadan harika bir konaklama geçirdim. Bunun için Can beye çok teşekkür ederim . kullanmış olduğumuz ev düzen , temizlik , mahremiyet ve huzur açısından tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi bu dan sonra bu evden başka bir ev kiralamayı düşünmüyorum. Hersey için çok teşekkür ederiz 😀

Merhabalar, öncelikle Erfan beyin gayet iyi bir ev sahibi olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Fakat, bina görevlisi olan Osman beye ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Kendisi büyük küçük tüm isteklerimle çok kibar ve saygılı bir şekilde ilgilendi. Yerin, temizliği ve konumu çok güzeldi. Açıkcası herşey çok güzeldikj diyebilirim:) (Otopark problemi dışında)
