Holiday rentals with a sauna in Başakşehir

The apartment is small but perfectly furnished, there is everything. We came to Istanbul in our own car. Ilkan offers a place in the underground car park, which was great. In addition, the place is well connected to all attractions, although we walked to some of them on the first day. I recommend it to everyone. Katarzyna

Stayed here last minute for 8 days, helpful and friendly front desk, we ate breakfast at their little restaurant, simple breakfast and tasty. Worth the extra $10. Ata was easy to deal with

We felt very comfortable at the place. The apartment is well equipped and located right at the metro station. There is a supermarket in the building complex. We loved using the pool. From the apartment you have a great view of the city. There are many options for eating out of the house, in the adjacent outlet and nearby. The apartment was easily accessible by bus H-1 from the airport in about 30 minutes. The host responds very quickly to questions and proactively asks if everything is okay. We are very satisfied to have chosen this accommodation.

I liked everything, everything is as advertised. The availability of underground parking was more than relevant for us. Nearby there are coffee shops, bakeries....on weekends there was a bazaar). Taksim Square is a short walk away, but the descents and climbs add distance. The host of the apartment provided all the necessary information, so we got there and checked in without any problems. And in general, I constantly asked if everything was fine and if we needed anything else...which could not but please

Loved my stay at Sinpaş Queen Bomonti! The apartment on the 36th floor offers a breathtaking view over Istanbul – especially at sunset a real highlight. The equipment is modern and high quality, the building very well maintained and safe. Perfect for a stylish stay in a central location. Clear recommendation!

the place is wonderful and very calm and the host were so descent and response fast to any question , the only drawback about the place is that it is far away from any supermarket ,restaurant , cafe or shopping mall

I stayed at the property with my 3 young boys and with my dear wife for about a week. We truly enjoyed it. Emre is a lovely and an experienced host. He is super responsive and embodies Turkish hospitality in what he does. He provided not only practical instructions but also made us feel home. It's not news that they house has beautiful view but also has all the appliances a family needs. Highly recommended.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. New unit with an incredible view. It is located in one of the nicest areas in Istanbul as well.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

Spent a week in Istanbul for tourism. Great apartment, very cozy and comfortable, has everything you need. The area according to the reviews is not quite favorable, but we did not feel it, since the apartments are on a row with large hotels and in a convenient transport accessibility: you only need to climb a little up the hill))) and you are almost to Istiklal. It will be my pleasure to recommend it to my friends.

Celal's apartment is very good: spacious, well located and has what you need to cook. Hot water and heating work very well. So does the Internet. What we didn't like were the pillows, because they were very high. A note for people with mobility problems: when leaving the apartment there is a steep climb. I would like to thank the building staff. They are very kind. Celal is attentive and responds quickly.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

Enjoyed staying at Eyo’s place. Very clean beddings and towels. It is very close to a lot of things that you would like to walk to. The Tophane tram stations is within minutes of walking distance. Also, very helpful staff members.

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.
