Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Wohnung sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Alejandro war total zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns willkommen und absolut wohl gefühlt!

Goed voorzien en schoon appartement. Wat je nodig is aanwezig, zelfs een wasmachine. Ook de parkeergarage op zo'n 300 meter afstand van het appartement is handig. De bushalte naar de stad is vlakbij, je bent er binnen 10 minuten. Ook een supermarkt, een goede bakker en groenteboer zijn vlakbij. Het appartement is met de lift bereikbaar. De communictie met de eigenaar verliep goed. We kondenn iets eerder aankomen, zodat we op die dag het Guggenheim museum nog konden bezoeken.

Isabel was fantastic. She was proactive in getting in touch to make sure the arrival into Bilbao is smooth. This was provided in the form of clear video instruction in reference to which street to turn into to arrive at the appropriate locale. There was a minor issue on arrival through no fault of Isabel, but she went above and beyond to make sure that there is a parking spot available when I arrived. All in all, it is a good spot to base yourself for your Bilbao visit.

This place was clean and has everything you need. I thought Air BnB hid the location and it wasn’t where we thought, but there is a commuter train close by in Lemoa that has access to all the places we wanted to see. So it turned out well. I recommend this place to anyone exploring the area.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, in a great location, and very comfortable. We had trouble getting in the main door but one of the other residents came and let us in before we had a chance to contact the owner. The owner was very responsive and kind when we did communicate.

Beautiful flat, spotlessly clean. The lift around the corner quickly takes you down into the heart of the old town and metro. The flat had an great view over roof tops and was quite. I would recommend it and would love to stay again in the future. The host was very responsive and proactively helpful.

Very clean and cozy place. Please note that the lift to the metro (subway) is upstairs, just a few stairs down - so dont walk all the stairs! :-) Coffee, bakery and supermarket are around the corner. Comfortable beds. Since this is the lower level of an appartment building there is some noise from upstairs neighbours (just the usual, but it could sound loud because of the building), so if you are sensitive to sound, bring earplugs. Would reccomend a stay!

Wir waren insgesamt zehn Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon die Lage war perfekt, mit dem öffentlichen Aufzug war man in 2 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war auch genau nach unserem Stil eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sonja war ganz hervorragend, sie reagiert sehr schnell . Für uns super praktisch und auch genial war der PKW-Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Ohne den hätten wir glaube ich die Nerven verloren in Bilbao nach der Suche eines Parkplatzes. Wenn wir noch mal nach Bilbao kommen, dann werden wir garantiert wieder dort buchen

Just the perfect location and oh how I wish we had planned a much longer stay. Oscar is delightful and very helpful. The apartment is spotless with every amenity we wanted. The neighborhood has ample coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and retail stores within a five minute walk. We cannot wait to return and we’ll certainly be staying at Oscar’s on our next visit.

Carlos place was better than photos with a beautiful view of Bilbao. Centrally located and under 10 minutes from the Guggenheim. Carlos was excellent in his communication, making sure we arrived and parked ok. He was an excellent host, the place is perfect for a family or more people. Highly recommend ! 5 stars!

Sylvia’s place was perfect for our three night stay! She has many nice touches included that make you feel at home. When I had any questions she was readily available. I’ve stayed at many airbnb’s and this was one of the best.

Was a joy to stay. Inma is incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I can’t fault the apartment at all and she even provided milk, eggs, Nespresso capsules, fruits, sweets and chocolate. Best host I’ve had.

Appartement très agréable à habiter, beaucoup de charme. Sa localisation est idéale pour combiner tourisme rural, tourisme urbain , tourisme culturel et tourisme nature.L’accueil de Amparo est très chaleureux. Amparo est de très bon conseil pour découvrir les trésors de l’Alava.

Super facile pour entrer dans le logement (bien que surprenant), serrures au top. Hôte très réactif.

Anfitriones super amables y atentos, apartamento calidad precio insuperable, ubicación 10/10. Si quieres desconectar puedes hacerlo sin problema. Si quieres viajar y descubrir también puedes hacerlo sin problema. Si necesitas relajarte después del viaje o el turismo, el jacuzzi es genial (siempre y cuando respetes los horarios para no molestar a los vecinos). En resumen si quieres resérvalo no te quedes con las ganas, acertarás seguro.

Un apartamento precioso, el jacuzzi una maravilla y las vistas desde la cama increíbles. Bien equipado y con detalle de chocolate de bienvenida. Solo estuvimos una noche, pero lo disfrutamos mucho.

El apartamento nos ha encantado. Hemos estado una familia de cuatro y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y atenta. El apartamento es bonito, cómodo, con unas vistas fantásticas, aparcamiento cercano y la estación de tren para coger el cercanías a Bilbao justo enfrente. No le falta de nada y, además, al ir con niños, hemos agradecido mucho los juegos de mesa. Los pequeños detalles se agradecen como el tener a disposición 2 tarjetas Barik para recargar, por decir alguno de ellos.

Xabier was really quick to communicate and nice and friendly and helpful, would totally recommend. Communication and info sharing made access to the accommodation super clear and easy.
