Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Basilicata

Een fijn appartement niet ver buiten het oude centrum. we gebruikten de fietsen. waren wel wat oud, maar prima voor deze stukjes naar het centrum. Dicht bij het strand en een prima ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat. Vincenzo stond ons altijd te woord waar nodig. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

This place was a great find. The house has a beautiful garden and is lovely inside. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a supermarket very nearby. Luigi was quick to respond to messages. Check in was also very straightforward. We had a really lovely time and enjoyed meeting the cats! We would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

Arrivés après péripéties de location de voiture, avons appréciés l'entrée dans le grand appartement de Luciana très propre et confortable. Eau fraiche en arrivant, de quoi se faire un bon café et tout le nécessaire pour se faire à manger en passant. Literie impeccable le seul problème pour nous était le manque de volets. Pas de chance un chantier bruyant a fait office de réveil matin à 6 h. hôte Charmante.

In un gruppo di 5 pensionati, con l'intenzione di visitare un pò di Basilicata, abbiamo scelto Irsina come località dove soggiornare. La casa di Walter è molto bella e accogliente, esattamente corrispondente alla sua descrizione. Provvista di quanto necessario e inserita nel centro storico di questo delizioso paese. Il bel tempo ci ha consentito di visitare alcune delle mete che ci eravamo dati, ma sarebbe molto bello poter tornare. Assolutamente consigliata!!!

Rilassante vacanza in mezzo al verde e alla natura. Grande appartamento, accessoriato e pulito. Impagabile poter mangiare nel grande giardino sotto la quercia. Punto di partenza per visitare le città vicine, bel mare e spiaggia bianca. Host molto disponibile. struttura consigliata

Die Unterkunft ist super und wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und man hat im Haus alles was man braucht und für uns als kleine Familie war es perfekt. Man muss aber bedenken, dass es ein altes Haus ist und nicht alles super modern wie in einem Hotel. Für uns war das kein Problem und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Nachrichten an den Gastgeber wurde uns immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet und es wurde bei einem kleineres Problem das aufgetreten ist sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Wir möchten uns bei Luca für seine Gastfreundschaft unf Unterstützung bedanken und falls es sich eines Tages ergibt, dass wir noch einmal in Süditalien einen Stopp einlegen oder Urlaub machen, dann werden wir diese Unterkunft erneut wählen!

La maison de Marco est dans un secteur assez isolé du plateau des Murges, mais c'est une halte idéale pour qui veut visiter le château de Castel del Monte et sillonner ce plateau. Les indications données par Marco, avec les liens vers le GPS, ont été précises et pertinentes. La maison est bien équipée et spacieuse.

Wir waren ein paar Tage in AnnaLisas und Beppes Unterkunft und es war wunderbar! Schon im Voraus haben wir alle nötigen Infos und Antworten bekommen, die unsere Ankunft benötigten. Wir sind mit dem Mietwagen angereist und hatten keine Probleme, die Adresse zu finden und einen Parkplatz zu bekommen (es gibt direkt vor dem Haus kostenfreie und kostenpflichtige - 50Ct/Stunde - Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist hell und sehr sauber und es gab alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen brauchten. Vor allem die Lage direkt an der historischen Innenstadt ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man zu Fuß etwas die Umgebung erkunden möchte. Die Altstadt ist wunderschön und es herrscht eine freundlich-offene Atmosphäre. Besonders die historischen Bäckereien und vielen Konditoreien sollte man auf jeden Fall erkunden. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Absolute Empfehlung!

We are incredibly happy to have found this little gem in Bari. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautiful. Tatiana was very kind to us—she left us some lovely treats and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The apartment is relatively close to the Old Town, with convenient public transport and restaurants nearby. We definitely recommend it! Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. L’appartamento è in ottima posizione e l’ho trovato in ottimo stato, come da descrizione. La vicinanza dal centro permette di muoversi a piedi per Matera. Carmelita è stata molto gentile rispondendo sempre alle mie richieste

The apartment was perfect and we absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just as described in the listing, and the location is within walking distance to Bari’s city center. The beds were super comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, making our nights very comfortable even in the heat. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bari!

Bellissima vacanza non solo per i bei posti che abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere ma anche per la gentilezza la disponibilità del signor Giovanni che ci ha accolto in modo stupendo.È una vita che viaggiamo e ci sono veramente pochissime persone che si preoccupano della vacanza dei loro ospiti. I can only endorse all the other positive reviews. The location was great - walking distance to the old town, station, airport shuttle and markets/supermarkets. Good restaurants and a great gelato shop all nearby. We thought the apartment was even better than the photos - it is very comfortable and has an ‘at home’ feel. The terraces are truly ‘oasis’. The washing machine has a quick 14 minute cycle and there is ample hanging space for the washing. Luisa is easy to communicate with very helpful. One of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed in. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. It has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The pool, balconies, parking, and outdoor barbeque/kitchen area were ideal. It's a short drive to beaches and attractions but the views and peaceful surroundings are better than being in a town. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Ottima posizione vicina al centro che è possibile raggiungere a piedi. Comodo il parcheggio in area privata. L'appartamento è molto grazioso, con buoni spazi e due bei balconi. Consigliato

Emanuele's property was really clean, in good order and well organized. It was very close to the old city and parking around was ok to find ( payable ). There is a park outside and some teens gather and party until night so that made some noise but closing the windows helped a bit. The balcony was really good but had no shade made so kind of useless in the sunny hot weather Overall the property was great for a one night stay Thank you

Angela est une personne incroyable, le logement proposé est superbe, l’endroit est calme et reposant, la piscine est un vrai plus, et le jardin avec transat et hamac est génial. Angela nous a recommandé des restaurants qui étaient divins, où nous avons été accueillis super bien, elle avait même réservé pour nous ! Bref allez-y les yeux fermés ! Gros coup de coeur pour Malaika et surtout Nana, ses chiennes qui sont tellement adorables !

Piermario et Antonio sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec la présentation du logement qui est merveilleusement équipé , tout à été prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison. Des petites attentions culinaires nous attendaient , deux vélos que nous avons utilisé presque tous les jours pour aller au marché coperto ou bien jusqu à la gare pour prendre le train ,ou aller à la plage, sans oublier la petite cour interieure, un vrai petit bijou .Ils ont pensé à tout y compris au barbecue. On n'a plus envie de repartir quand on est là bas. La situation géographique est idéale avec les transports à proximité et les magasins,restaurants etc... Ils sont très réactifs des qu un petit souci se présente. On a qu'une seule envie c est d'y retourner. Merci de nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Brigitte et Victor
