Newhouse’s apartment in Modugno is in a quit, residential area. Very modern and clean, you will find everything you might need for your stay for shorter and longer periods. The car park is private behind locked gates and very safe. It is a short drive from Bari and all the sights. The host has quick response, communication works perfect. You will get help quickly if you need it. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans le logement. Il est situé en campagne au calme, et surtout parfait pour rayonner sur tout le sites touristiques de la région. Le logement est tout à fait recommandable pour une famille de 4 (j'avais lu dans un commentaire qu'il était un peu petit pour une famille de quatre mais ce n'est pas le cas). Cuisine bien équipé, tout était bien pour nous, je reprendrais ce logement sans hésiter!

Highly recommend! We stayed for one week and beside the nice weather for this time of the year and the cristal seaside, the house was perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and the house was big enough and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped, big balconies in two of the bedrooms, a big living room and a garden with terrace to enjoy and admire the sunset in the evening. The place is very quiet, perfect for relaxing, very close to the sea and to the Acquazzura acquapark if you like the adrenaline and water slides. Giovanni was very resposive, helpful with indications and reccomandations. We had very good communication: before, during and after our staying, he was very nice and prompt to recover my laptop charger before flying back home. Thank you again for being so kind, we had a great vacation!

We genoten van het huis, de rust en het panoramisch zicht! In de lente ontwaken met een prachtige zonsopgang, genieten van een ontbijtje op het terras of aan de haven, de omgeving verkennen: we vonden het allemaal fantastisch! Voor wie graag wandelt en houdt van rust, is dit een paradijsje. Diego en zijn vrouw reageerden ook onmiddelllijk op onze vragen. Hier komen we graag ooit eens terug!

Schönes großes Haus mit Grundstück und toller Garten. Alles entsprach wie beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr persöhnlich und freundlich.

Stunning view of Sapri from the garden. The villa is beautiful and peaceful - perfect for a relaxing stay. We had a fun evening enjoying a barbecue in the garden. Everything was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended, 100%!

Casa immersa nella campagna, ben attrezzata, con il necessario anche per la cucina, c'è anche una griglia volendo, ho sentito solo la mancanza del microonde. La casa è pulita, si effettua la raccolta differenziata, e nel cortile troverete qualche micio a salutarvi, oltre ad avere un pezzo di terreno con ulivi e altri alberi. Se volete rilassarvi è il posto perfetto!

Casa splendida, in una posizione panoramica stupenda. Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro coppie di amici: sistemazione molto comoda, camere spaziose, cucina dotata di tutto ciò che serve, giardino e veranda impagabili. Maria Grazia e le nipoti sono state precise e facilitanti nell'accoglienza, sia per l'orario di arrivo sia per le indicazioni utili a trovare la casa. Il Cilento e la casa di Maria Grazia sono stati una piacevole scoperta, e ci hanno regalato una settimana di vacanza indimenticabile...nonostante sia stata la settimana più calda dell'anno!

The best part of this home is the breathtaking view from the huge lower terrace and the upper terrace. This is an amazing home - perfect for two families with a full kitchen and a full bath on each level. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of closet space. Alessandro and his brother were so gracious and left a large basket of pasta, sauce, cheese and other goodies for us to enjoy. We were lucky enough to be there when the oranges on the trees were ripe and we asked if we could pick some. Fresh OJ every morning!

Ben oltre ogni aspettativa! Villa meravigliosa, tanta privacy, spazi e letti comodi per un gruppo di 8 persone, piscina e spazi esterni perfetti per una vacanza tra amici in totale relax! Host gentilissimi, premurosi, attenti a ogni dettaglio e disponibilissimi! Ritorneremo sicuramente!

This is an amazing villa. It is the perfect place for multiple families to share a get together while having lots of space for separate time alone.

Vous trouverez avec Giovanni un excellent accueil, une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de générosité dans un domaine très agréable et un cadre, au milieu des oliviers, enchanteur. Une propreté exemplaire, une très agréable piscine et un grand espace fort agréable. La localisation est excellente car à bonne distance de tous les lieux qu'il faut voir dans les Pouilles. Franchement un hébergement à recommander sans restrictions et des hôtes qui gagnent à être connus

Our visit at Masseria Misossero was truly pleasant! After we have arrived to the place Miriam showed us the house and explained how to take care of the facility. The communication was clear and fast when we had any questions. We were happy about the overall cleanliness of the house. It is a beautiful area and we enjoyed the views every day. We loved the big pool. Thank you for the lovely stay!

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

Thus is a great house to stay in and base yourself for a trip to Italy. Scario is a lovely town with all you need for a memorable holiday. Visits to Bosco and Dan Giovanni were nice. Wary drive from Naples. We visited Pompeii on way. We are a family of 7 and was lots of room. Pool (with diving) was great for the children (and adults 😀). We did need fans for first two nights but did not take away from a lovely stay. We would love to return and further explore all that the area offers knowing that we were staying in a fabulous house, chilled out, great views and comfortable.

Siamo stati molto bene. Jos è un padrone di casa sempre attento e disponibile. Il posto è veramente bello, collocato in una posizione strategica che consente di raggiungere sia le splendide località di mare, che le mille attrazioni dell'entroterra del Cilento. Perfetto per famiglie con bambini, che hanno a disposizione tanto verde, lontano dalle automobili. Casa pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario e perfettamente corrispondente a foto e descrizioni. Si consiglia anche l'esperienza della cena proposta da Jos in un delizioso spazio interno alla struttura, dove si può godere della cucina tipica cilentana, preparata da un ottimo chef del luogo. Si mangia bene e si spende poco. Esperienza da ripetere.

Une très agréable maison au milieu d'un parc naturel, un petit bout de paradis. Pietro nous a accueilli formidablement et nous a conseillé des coins qui resteront indéniablement gravés dans nos esprits, des petits comme des grands.
