We stayed at the house for weekend of birthday celebrations, the house was great and the garden, pool and surroundings were fabulous. The kitchen area was perfect for gatherings and loads of space to unpack. The beds were really comfortable, maybe an option to have a couple of additional twin beds as the majority were all double. The house was spotless and with the weather being perfect we couldn’t have asked for more. Anne was accommodating in all requests and information about the local area. I would highly recommend this property, we had a fabulous weekend.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! Alison’s place was everything you could hope for in a find: clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Everything you could think you need was available, and she was very helpful in providing anything extra. The cherry on top was meeting her wonderful dogs, George and Dobi. A fantastic stay overall.

We’ve had two long stays here while our home has some renovations. It’s a lovely house in beautiful surroundings and ideal for a family. Maria is a great host, friendly and proactive.

We had a lovely short stay at this beautiful, well-thought-out home. Everything was clean, cosy, and welcoming it really felt like a home. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for a quiet escape. We especially enjoyed walking around with our little pup, who had the best time running around freely in the nearby field. It was such a treat to watch her so happy! We’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay next time.

Perfect cozy little cottage that had everything we needed and more. The hosts are quite sincerely the ideal hosts for an Airbnb stay.

We have had the most wonderful time, Sarah was a fantastic host and even left home made treats. She gave great restaurant suggestions, every one was delicious and left very clear information on local walks. The accommodation was even better than the photos. Finished to a really high standard with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It’s is so tranquil and relaxing, we absolutely loved the view across the field of sheep. Honestly me and my husband had the best trip we will definitely be back again.

A brilliant few days. Robert and Yasmin were very friendly. The accommodation was perfect for our 6 adults, a 2 year old and two dogs with a large quiet enclosed garden. The location was idilic on the edge of the South Downs next to the river and plenty of good footpaths. The wood burning hot tub was a marvel of engineering I might buy one myself, We didn't try the free golf membership but the club looked very nice. The location is just close enough and yet far away to enough to provide what ever you want. 10/10.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely wildlife to see. We spotted hares, deer and horses on our walks. Surrounded by trees. Relaxing and peaceful but only a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Recommend visiting The Arcade for anyone interested in vintage and random finds. Lovely Chinese takeaway nearby. Overall a tranquil stay ☮️

Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Lovely stay in Anna’s cottage. The location was quiet, but not far from the village by car. The cottage is more spacious than it seems in the photos and the bed very comfy. Anna was very responsive and I was grateful that we could extend our stay at short notice.

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay at Claire’s house. There was plenty of room downstairs for us all to fit comfortably with a nice lounge area, complete with 3 sofas, and a good size dining area. The kitchen was well set up with everything you need to cook your own meals. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, but you do need to be careful in the top bedroom that you don’t hit your head on the sloping ceiling! Private off street parking is always a bonus. Claire was very helpful and friendly in all correspondence.

This is my second time at the property. It is fantastic. I highly recommend it. The hosting team are excellent. They are so friendly. It really stands out compared to other Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. They couldn't really do enough for us. They allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later. This really helped as we had so much baggage. It would make it difficult to hang around. Thanks so much 🙏

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

I just want to say that it was an absolutely amazing stay original art pieces great surroundings everything was pristine Ciai and Adam we’re very responsive with everything we needed. I’ve got to be honest the pictures do undersell what we went into. It’s absolutely beautiful and it’s huge. Being able to have a wood burner in the house and then a fire pit just outside was amazing. To have breakfast outside when the Sun is shining and the birds are tweeting it was so beautiful. I was strongly and highly recommend people to come and spend time in this place.
