Centrally located in Kırkpınar, the most decent place in Sapanca with a pool, in a quiet and large garden, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, health centers, shopping centers, etc. Our house is on the street parallel to Bağdat Street. It is within walking distance to Sapanca Lake and 20 minutes drive to Kartepe ski resort. In the greenery, our detached house with a large veranda has 300 m2 of natural gas heating in 1 acre of land, as well as a fireplace and air conditioning in each room.

Our Airbnb experience was really enjoyable. We stayed as 6 friends and Ms. Hanife Hanife and her husband, Mr. Özden, were very helpful to us with everything. Thanks to their friendly faces and hospitality, we felt at home. On the last night of our holiday, they kindly warned us in a very understanding language as we were a little too loud in the garden, which showed again how kind and understanding they are hosts. Thank you so much for everything, it was an unforgettable vacation!
