House holiday rentals in Baška Voda

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Majas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, am Hang mit Blick auf Meer, die Inseln Hvar und Brac und Berge. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und konnten viele schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und das Sahnehäubchen ist der riesige Pool, in welchem man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Maja hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Aki nem szeretne millió emberrel együtt egyszerre hemzsegni, annak tökéletes a hely. Az apartman közel a bevásárló központokhoz( pl. LIDL)..., így nem kell mindent drágábban megvenned a belvárosban. Fedett, zárt parkolója van a közelben, ami nagy előny és nem ég szét az autód a napon!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen, sauberen Villa. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er gab uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für ein hervorragendes Restaurant in der Nähe, was unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch bereichert hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass er uns einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand organisiert hat. Normalerweise kostet dieser 15€ pro Tag, aber dank der Kennzeichenerfassung durften wir kostenlos parken. Der Parkplatz liegt ideal, direkt an einer langen Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa selbst ist ein wahrer Rückzugsort – ruhig, idyllisch gelegen und perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Whirlpool war ein Highlight, ideal zum Abschalten nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Luka is an excellent host—very friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of great recommendations, so we always knew the best places to eat and where to grab a drink. Although the weather can be a bit unpredictable in late September, we had a wonderful time exploring Makarska. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the clearest waters without the crowds.”

This secluded cabin is a true gem! We feel lucky to have been able to spend a week here and absolutely loved every minute. Kole helped us get situated and provided a box of fresh and tasty farm veggies. We like to cook and grilling in the well-stocked and beautifully made outdoor wood oven was a treat. Spending lazy days swimming off the dock and reading on the outdoor terraces was incredibly relaxing. The cove has a number of boats coming in during the day but is tranquil and quiet at night.

A Hidden Gem in Pisak – Peace, Beauty, and Warm Hospitality My girlfriend and I spent a magical week in a small, simple apartment in Pisak, Croatia. Though modest, the real charm was outside: stunning views of the Adriatic and Brač, stairs to two small beaches, and a third hidden beach just a short walk away — it felt like our own private paradise. The highlight, however, were the hosts. Despite renovating the apartment above, they were warm, welcoming, and generous — greeting us with homemade wine and local treats, and making us feel like part of their family. If you're looking for luxury interiors, look elsewhere. But if you seek natural beauty, peace, and genuine Croatian hospitality, this is the perfect escape. Highly recommended for couples wanting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the sea and sunsets

Wunderschönes Steinhaus mit prächtigem Blick übers Meer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas abseits - ein Auto ist deshalb sehr empfehlenswert. Jovana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und reagiert rasch. Grosse Empfehlung!

Uns hat die Wohnung und der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Stand und an der Promenade gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Valentina und ihre Familie hat uns herzlich empfangen und waren sehr freundlich, bei allen Fragen halfen sie gerne weiter.

We really enjoyed staying at Matilda’s beautiful stone house. The view from the windows is spectacular, everything is just like the picture or even better! And the house is very clean. There is a white cat with black tail(a street cat) comes by sometimes, we enjoyed feeding him some food, he is very smart and gentle. We call him Loki, hope the future guest will also make a good friend with him:)

A very nice place in Baška Voda. The apartment was small but have everything you need. And the patio was so cosy. We ate breakfast and dinner there many times! Would really recommend this place if you come here. And the host was very nice, he answered all our questions and let us check out later! We are very happy with our stay!

Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Check-in wir haben uns von Anfang an Zuhause gefühlt. Petar war stets für uns erreichbar und sein Vater hat uns täglich mit frischen Produkten aus dem Garten überrascht und beschenkt. Der Pool sowie die Asche des Grills und das neue Feuerholz wurde regelmässig gereinigt/aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank für alles! Bis vald und Liebe Grüsse Seraina

The best thing about the place is the beautiful view. Amazing day and night too! Lovely apartment. We only missed 2 things: aircon in bedroom and a stand for the shower head. Despite them, we would love to stay here again. Karlo is friendly and responsive. Thank you!

Can’t rate this place and this area highly enough. First visit to Croatia and fell in love. The house is perfect for a small family, everything you need, offstreet parking, plenty of space and god did we need the pool with the weather we had. Although you can walk down to the beach having a car was ideal as it was a 2 minute drive to the marina, shops or any of the wide range of restaurants. Milan is a top guy and great host. Responsive to any questions we had as it was our first visit to the country and couldn’t fault the whole experience.

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Der Aufenthalt bei Maja, ihrer Schwester und Mutter war super. Die Wohnung klein aber fein. Der Balkon größer als auf den Bilder aussieht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist klasse - in der zweiten Reihe zum Strand und mit eigenem Parkplatz. Top! Auch für unseren Hund war es super. Der Hundestrand in 10Min zu Fuß und bisher der schönste Hundestrand, den wir kennengelernt haben. Win Spaziergang nach Brela ist auch super zu machen. Wirklich tolles Appartment in hervorragender Lage. Lieben Dank Maja für eure Gastfreundschaft.

Very nice place! Looked like the pictures, nice view and with daily cleaning. Would love to come back some time!
