An old and very spacious house, comfortable, tidy with furniture for a lot of use. Enough for a few days. We were comfortable

The house is in a beautiful setting, a few minutes walk from the town of Otxandio, very well connected by road in any direction. The house is very well furnished, and it is very comfortable for a large group. The rooms were spacious and the garden was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

And the hosts, Marga and Jesús, are lovely, with many details in the house to make the stay very pleasant and always ready for anything you need. One hundred percent recommended. We'll be back.

Excellent stay in a bicentennial house. Located in the center of Rioja, you can visit the good cellars of the region, and go eat Tapas calle San Juan a Logroño, which is only 30 min away. Regarding the house, you have everything you need, as well as the possibility of having the management if you stay for more than a week. In addition, Mario is a very good welcome and always very good advice, you can contact him at any time in case of need. The Patio is very pleasant, during the hot weather during your stay Recommended .

My husband and 3 month old daughter and I had a great time at villas. The views of the vineyards were amazing and we enjoyed sitting out in the large garden or in the living area watching the view. We did the wine tasting which we would highly recommend and also took many recommendations for excellent restaurants nearby in the gorgeous towns and villages. During our stay our villa had a problem with air con whilst it was 34 degrees outside. Everything was done to help us and we were allowed to move villa to one with working air con for the duration of our stay. The views were better than the pictures and overall we had a fantastic stay.

Great stay with Manu and Sissi who are adorable, responsive and flexible hosts. Very clean and beautifully decorated, the house is bright, spacious and comfortable to live in. Beautiful common and private spaces in a green setting, well equipped kitchen and large enough to prepare meals together without bothering each other. Very comfortable bedding and sofas in the living room with a lovely view of the garden. In the basement, sports & leisure equipment (ping pong, foosball, darts) for fun with the family. Large operational barbecue on the terrace for the tasty sardine grills of Mercado de la Ribera de Bilbao. Interesting area for city walks, cultural visits (Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao and Peace Museum in Guernica not to be missed), swimming and hiking with spectacular viewpoints. Nearby supplies (Carrefour, Lidl 15mins drive) and delicious local pintxos! In short, a score without a downside. We recommend!!!

Very spacious and clean house with a great garden. Access to San Sebastian very easy. A great option to stay. Host is very friendly and helpful. We would rent again without a doubt.

We spent 4 nights in San Sebastián with 3 adult children and a spouse. The home had plenty of room, was immaculately clean, and was plenty big enough for all of us. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped. The three bathrooms were great for a large group. Two very nice outside seating areas. The onsite parking is a big plus because streetside parking in the area is very limited. On several occasions we had questions and she Rosalind responded very quickly. I have rented many Air BNBs in the US and Europe and this is at the top of the list.

This house is absolutely STUNNING! The garden is amazing, and the house feels like it has so much history. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a 2-week stay. Towels and beach towels were provided, and lots of spares. The decor is so beautiful, with amazing artwork and artefacts. The furniture and beds are really comfortable and there was plenty of room for the whole family to have their own space and chill out. The only minor issue was noise but I think we were just unlucky. There was loud music for the first few nights; one neighbour spent the day strimming and leaf-blowing; another neighbour was cutting up logs with his chainsaw; there was a guy on a motorbike revving his bike up and down the road most evenings. And the machines on the beach for overnight beach cleaning! There was too much noise to have the windows open at night, so it was quite hot. But otherwise it was a fabulous holiday. Olatz is great. I would definitely come back here - thank you!

Perfect stay for a weekend with friends. Playground for the little ones who were very entertaining. Rooms with comfortable mattresses and good cleanliness. Kitchen and wide table where we could perfectly eat all together without the need to take turns. House close to attractions and very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Esther the hostess of the house was very attentive at all times prepared a ginkana for the village and the children were very entertained in search of the treasure. Flexible check-in and check-out. In short, we enjoyed the house a lot

Beautiful house, spacious, 4 beautiful spacious bedrooms including 2 with toilets and bathtubs. Large, very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean whether it was cleaning like linens....etc. Very nice garden, with swimming pool (not usable when we were there). We couldn't see Marta in person. but always available and adorable on the phone. On the other hand, address complicated to find, or even false (to be reviewed on the RBNB site) and longitude/latitude is not enough. Make sure to spot beforehand on GPS before you arrive. I highly recommend this property

We had a great time. The house is as described. Host was super responsive. Coming from the U.S. we missed air conditioning in the upstair bedrooms (we stayed in early August). Definitely recommendable

Absolutely gorgeous place! We stayed in the house in Barrika for 5 days and it was such a great experience. Totally amazing house, wonderful host, and a super nice large pool. We were already thinking about booking it again next year - after the first day. We were 2 adults, 1 teenager and a 6-year old - and we had lots of extra space in the house. The garage is also really convenient with its entrance to the house both via the garden and directly via stairs. It was surprisingly fast to get to and from Bilbao city, too - and the airport was a very short drive. We already miss the views from the balconies, the pool and the beautiful house. Can't recommend this place enough.

The communication with Marta was excellent and very friendly. The house en evironment were even better then in the pictures. We had a wonderful time.

Great house in a great location

Honestly, we can't be happy. On arrival we were welcomed by his father Jose, and very amirably we were shown the whole house. The house was all stocked with basic necessities that we didn't have to buy. Its garden is marvellous, it offers a thousand possibilities!
