Accommodation as expected, peaceful ocean view and quiet location. Very good welcome by Elodie (thank you in particular for the good planter who was waiting for us in the fridge!) who also arranged us for our departure time according to our flight. With our two sons we are delighted with our stay in this accommodation. You can stay there, you will be won over by this peaceful place.

Florence gave me a super nice welcome (Thank you for the mango in the morning). The accommodation is beautiful, clean and quiet. The pool side is a real plus and the decor is super pretty! I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. We were with our two children and really enjoyed the studio, which is really well equipped from A to Z. Nothing is missing, everything is designed for comfort. Stéphanie is an exceptional host: very kind, respectful, pleasant and always accommodating. It is simply perfect. The studio perfectly reflects her attention to detail and her sense of hospitality. We highly recommend a stay in Stéphanie's studio!

Charming and functional accommodation, very well located a few meters from the beach. Next door is a small shopping mall with a bar, restaurant, grocery store and the best bakery on the island! A big thank you to Angela who was very responsive in all circumstances.

Beautiful group stay in this beautiful house! Well suited for families: toys, high chair, playground, beach games, etc. The house is in a quiet area and the pool was much appreciated! The beach is within walking distance, as are 2-3 restaurants/caterers/cafes about ten minutes away. Clean, spacious and well-organized house. ☺️

The listing is larger than it appears in the photos. The room offers a beautiful view of the garden without vis-à-vis. There is everything you need to start your stay with peace of mind upon arrival (bottle of water in the refrigerator, salt, pepper, oil...) as well as a few small touches that I will let you discover. Check-in instructions were clear. I did a self check-in and check-in the next day with the very welcoming Mireli.

Friendly and super helpful hosts. A house with a view that will live with us forever. Walking distance to town, restaurants and beaches it was a perfect location., just up the hill, catching the breeze. Two modern bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a very well equipped kitchen. Loved the swimming pool, no shallow end, ideal for adults. The laundry room was really useful. But above all… that view … spectacular. Particular thanks to Maguy who helped us in every way. 🙏

Great location, on the front line, facing the sea. The photos perfectly match the apartment. Catherine, who lives right next door is adorable. She knows the area perfectly and is very good advice. I appreciated the facilities regarding check in and check out time. I will come back without hesitation.

I spent five weeks in Waina's apartment. It is well located, quiet, with a very nice view of the marina – a peaceful and pleasant setting to have coffee in the morning. The room is functional and has a small desk, ideal for extra work. The bathroom is clean and quite spacious. Kitchen is well-equipped. The pool of the residence is close, although it requires a small renovation. That said, the first beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and another, more developed, is accessible in 5 minutes by car, on the side of the Fleur d'Épée hotel. The apartment is very well located: 7 minutes' drive from the main road that crosses the two parts of the island. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Sainte-Anne, 40 minutes to Saint-François, and 20 minutes to Baie-Mahault - in short, the location is central enough to be able to visit both parts of the island.

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well located, idyllic setting, very well equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her home (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We would also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.

An apartment that matches the description, feet in the water and in a quiet, clean, well-maintained residence. Shops nearby The shutter squeaks a little loudly when opening/closing, but it's the only detail to improve... In short, nothing to complain about!! I recommend

We had a great time 2 adults and 2 children (4 years and 18 months). The place is super clean, comfortable and has all the essentials for a nice stay, including a cooler and a very safe and comfortable crib. We really enjoyed the view from our accommodation and the shops on the site (convenience store with lots of choices, delicious bakery and pizza and burgers restaurant with a great atmosphere in the evening). We highly recommend for families who want to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful pool:) Thank you Isabelle and Christophe
