Holiday rentals with a patio in Basse-Terre

Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and quiet accommodation. We were hosted very well by Christian who knows the area very well and was good advice for activities in the area. The accommodation is very well placed to discover the islands of Les Saintes and Soufrière. Finally, Christian was very responsive to a power outage (what happens...). We recommend this property!

Great stays, an incredible view of the saints when the sky is clear. Be careful if you are not used to being around small animals (lizard, frog, etc.) they can surprise you at first at nightfall but in view of the location in the middle of nature this is not disturbing and is part of the decor! Slightly damp housing (especially due to the location and generally in low land) so it is difficult to dry your things. Note that it is notified that there is no air conditioning but there are 2 ceiling fans in the accommodation that do the job of cooling down! I would recommned this property.

Great place to be at the heart of all that Sainte-Rose and Deshaies have to offer.

Maurice and his wife are charming people, always available and with very good advice. A small cocoon in the greenery near the beautiful beach. Impeccable facilities. Come to Maurice. You will not regret it.

Beautiful place with a gorgeous view of Deshaies harbour. Very quiet. Convenient to get to the town of Deshaies and Plage des Grandes Anse as long as you have a rental car (would be a bit of a hike on foot). Very well stocked kitchen, allowed us to cook at the house on multiple occasions. Pool was also a really nice addition if you didn’t feel like going to the beach that day. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, beautiful location, as described We don't regret our choice

Caroline welcomed us very well with drinks, "homemade" cake, herbal teas, coffee, etc . We found a nice little 2 room comfortable and well kept. A real sympathy has settled between her and us. A discreet person. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had the most relaxing time at Ludivines, the house is lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. The walk down to the local beach was a great way to start every day and there is a lovely little boulangerie for fresh pastries and coffee. There are bigger beaches within a 10 minute drive and we thoroughly enjoyed the sea. The tropical gardens are very close and worth a visit. We enjoyed lots of fantastic food in the local restaurants overlooking the sea and also had dinner at the Royal Fort Hotel about 10/15 minutes away which was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definite recommend it.

Very welcoming hosts and attentive to a good installation. The apartment is large, well equipped and quite clean. The value for money is perfect!

We stayed here for 3 days during a tour of the island and I have to say everything perfectly as described even better, cleanliness order nothing left to chance, one of these places that stay in your heart like the island. I highly recommend if you go to Guadeloupe to stay here that if you don't want to move to the beach there is a pool

Very nice accommodation with a great view of the Caribbean Sea! Access to the beach of Fort Royal is a 10min walk away.

We spent 10 beautiful days over Easter there! We loved the surroundings, the garden, the charming accommodation and especially our hosts who were able to tell us a lot about island/plants/excursion destinations. We also enjoyed their homemade rum punch in the evening while listening to the wildlife or rain all around. The location is perfect for anyone who likes to be connected to nature, like to hike and at the same time the beaches around Deshaies can also be reached in just under 40 minutes. We were also on the local beach daily to snorkel for turtles or fish before visiting the bakery. Everything within 5 minutes drive. Thank you Krystel and Patrick!! :)
