Villa Terre & Mer is located in Escoville, between the beach of Cabourg and Caen (15 minutes) You will enjoy a private indoor pool heated to 29/30°C all year round. This house for 7 to 8 people includes on the ground floor: an 8m x 3.5m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. On the second floor, a kitchen opens onto the living room.
