Holiday rentals with breakfast in Bassetlaw District

I enjoyed my time whilst staying here. The place was exactly as described and clean. I also want to give compliments to the host for being very responsive.

It was everything we were expecting, central for all the heritage visits that we were planning to do. It was brought to our attention that we would have to be able to climb stairs. Sadly as an elderly couple we did struggle. Certainly didn't spoil our stay.

A little gem of a place, tucked away from the main road & very peaceful, yet only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Newark. Suzanne is a great host, very welcoming & friendly who is always on hand if needed. A good supply of provisions were waiting for us upon arrival including milk, bread cereals & crossiants. We would not hesitate to stay here again when next in the area.

Kim was friendly, helpful and supplies on arrival were generous (bread, milk etc). She was responsive regarding directions and made herself available when we arrived to help us into the accommodation. All aspects of the accommodation were very comfortable, clean and lovely. I would highly recommend this accomodation.

Flawless. It's very rare to find something that feels as good as Hannah's place, but it achieved it. We felt instantly comfortable/at home, it had things available I'd never even considered before, and it didn't feel like a typical Airbnb. Would love the opportunity to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Ed and Charlottes, the perfect spot to explore from. The cottage was spotless and exactly as listed with lovely scenery and stocked with the essentials for our stay we were even treated to a delicious bowl of fresh strawberries on our final morning. The place was easy to find and the prearrival instructions easy to follow and had really helpful information on local taxis and places to eat nearby perfect for our stay. Syed was a very responsive host, who provided clear instructions, and the breakfast things that he provided was a nice touch. The house is in a good location - half a mile from the centre of town, and close to motorway networks, but in a quiet location overlooking a park.

A beautifully appointed little home with lovely features and furnishings. Everything was very clean and comfortable and in keeping with the character. Even though it's close to the owner's private home , there is actually a lot of privacy. It's actually perfect for a romantic getaway! Fabulous!

Lovely and clean, loads of nice touches, such as the fresh fruit for breakfast in the fridge! Wholly recommend!

I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend the arty Annexe. Sue and Steve were extremely friendly and personable. The place is absolutely beautiful and was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. There are lots of lovely touches such as fresh eggs, tea, coffee and we even had some homemade flapjacks. Not to mention how comfortable and cosy our stay was. Thank you very much for being such kind and helpful host!

I stayed at Abbie’s place for 12 weeks whilst working in Hull and it genuinely felt like a home away from home! Abbie was extremely helpful throughout, always responding promptly and being flexible to suit my needs. The flat was beautiful - modern and clean with all the amenities you need. Great location on a busy street full of things to do, but not too loud at the same time. No complaints, would love to stay again if I’m ever in Hull.

We had a fantastic stay at Richard’s place. It was perfect, nice and quiet and in beautiful surroundings. Richard was super responsive and very helpful! Highly recommend!

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

Nice, clean place and polite and responsive host. Room was ready and tidy — definitely value for money compared to many hotels I've stayed in! Thanks for having me.

Beautiful cozy farmhouse in a lovely town near Leeds. The place was absolutely gorgeous - warm, inviting, and full of charm. The hot tub was amazing, and there were plenty of games to enjoy. The host was super helpful and thoughtful with great local recommendations as well as leaving crumpets, fresh milk and butter and a selection of cereals and snacks for us to enjoy. No negatives, highly recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for one night, it was lovely, a quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful view, Karen herself was very responsive and was always available to give me information when needed, the kitchen was lovely and clean,.The description to this room was as matched, it felt at home and safe. Comfortable accommodation within a charming period property in a lovely village. Lots of local attractions, went to Wirksworth, Haddon Hall, Melbourne church and Calke Abbey in the two days stayed, all stunning … and lots more attractions in easy reach. Duffield is charming and has ample eating and drinking establishments plus Co-Op and newsagents in the village only steps away.

We loved our stay. The walk that Ian recommended was splendid, especially the dip in the river at the end! Very accommodating with dietary requirements and lovely fresh fruit as part of the breakfast. Wonderful hosts.

Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

We had a lovely one night stay at The Stables whilst visiting for a wedding. Very clean and everything was very comfy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and Angela was very accommodating!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. The dog friendly bungalow was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and it's a great location.
