Lake Werdersee and the Weser River are within walking distance, and thanks to the excellent connection to several train and bus lines, the city center and the rest of Bremen are just a stone's throw away.

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 sqm to themselves. A small second front door leads up. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with 160 cm double bed, another room with 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with tub and shower. I live on the ground floor with my boyfriend and our 3 cats, I can't rule out that the curious furry inhabitants will visit you if you have the door open.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. Our small, newly renovated accommodation is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a very good connection, for example, by car to Bremen or Brinkum-Nord (outlets), by bike on a beautiful route through the Marsch to Bremen or by train from Kirchweyhe Bahnhof-Ost to Bremen. The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
