We offer 4 fixed sleeping places, a double bed (2 × 2 m), another double bed (1.8 × m) and a single bed (sofa bed), as well as a single mattress, which can be used if necessary. The apartment has 3 rooms, a kitchen with normal amenities and a modern bathroom with a bathtub and large shower, as well as a balcony with a view… There is a dining area, as well as a smart TV. The TV Tower, the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument and the city center of Minden are easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
