Really relaxed stay, lovely garden area to look on to, very close to small shop, pizza place (looked brand new) Boulangier and restaurant. also lovely down to quinguette by the river.

What a wonderful stay in this little cocoon, a big thank you to Katia and Olivier who were available and responsive when needed and very discreet throughout our stay. The pluses that make the difference: air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, quality of the bedding, outdoor terrace, darts and finally the 2 magnificent bikes that allow you to reach the beach of Ondres or enjoy the surrounding areas. The accommodation is frankly great and especially close to everything, it's a good starting point to visit the Basque and Landes coast.

We had a fantastic time in Isabell's flat in Anglet. It is in a quiet & nice neighbourhood, but still in a conveniant distance by foot or bike from the beaches and all the restaurants there. I can recommend it! Merci encore une fois, aussi à Christine!

Welcoming and responsive host. New and modern apartment, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. The bedding in particular is excellent. The pool is a good size and very pleasant when it's hot. Ideal location of the apartment: ocean and beaches within walking distance. Nice shops, bars and restaurants 5 min by car. Comfortable apartment and consistent with the photos located in a rather quiet residence. Modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals. A big thank you to Christophe for hosting us. He was also very accommodating in agreeing with us on the best times for our arrival and departure. The only downside for us who like to walk are the distances to get to Biarritz or the beaches (3 to 4 km). Car is therefore a must. But no problem to move because we always found a place when we returned from our walk.

Had a great time at this place! The apartment is as described, very clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. The real highlight is the view of the sea: absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. A real happiness on a daily basis. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host was very responsive and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Great location, garage for the vehicle. Clean apartment, very functional, really close to bus lines serving Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet beach. In short, the car can stay in the garage. About our host: Charming, smiling, welcoming, helpful person. She has helpful information about nearby activities. In short, it was a great stay.

the host is very responsive. The apartment is quiet without neighbors opposite and the parking space in front of the door is great. Shops nearby on foot.

Very nice apartment not overlooked and beautiful terrace. Very clean and functional interior. Good exchanges with Anne-Cécile. Private parking in the basement very convenient because outdoor visitor parking is taken all the time. Garbage room available. Small downside, a little noisy from 6:30 am in the morning if we sleep with the windows open but once closed.... no more noise.

Impeccable accommodation, in line with the listing and ideally located in the Saint-Charles district, a stone's throw from Miramar beach. Lively and pleasant neighborhood. Tom is a very welcoming host, with great tips for enjoying Biarritz. A great stay, highly recommend!

Great loft a few steps away from the main street, restaurants, boulangerie, and the main surfing beach. Perfect for longer stays. The parking spot is a convenient bonus. The place is very well-designed, super clean, and fully equipped with top quality appliances and furnishing. Wifi worked really well. Jean-Louis is incredibly friendly and helpful.
