Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We stayed with three couples for a week in Isabelle's house. The garden is very cozy and quiet. The house itself is not overly spacious for 6 people, but certainly large enough and all necessary amenities are available. Good base for day trips to the sea. The communication with Isabelle went very well and smoothly. Recommended!

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. very good price quality repoport. Clean and quiet apartment, shops nearby, good location. It was Nicolas's brother-in-law who welcomed me very well, and available for check-in time. Nicolas offered to park in the condominium which is secure and I recommend it, because parking is popular in the neighborhood.

A very good welcome by Rachel when we arrived, she was available during our 3 days on site. The house is nice, located 15 min walk from the hyper center of Biarritz. The small garden, terrace and parking space are big pluses (and Rachel is kind enough to accept dogs, which is not so common). We felt very good in this nice cocoon, located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with a bakery, a butcher shop and a supermarket within 5 minutes' walk.

Very nice stay. Very well located apartment, central, close to the Biarritz market (area with many options and atmosphere). Less than a 5-minute walk away you can reach several places to eat, as well as a supermarket, and the beach is also very close. The apartment is charmingly decorated and is very well insulated. Despite being in a central area, you can't hear any noise, and you also notice that the temperature of the house is maintained. I recommend it!!

The apartment is very clean, modern decor, very pleasant… the terrace is a great asset especially with the great weather this weekend. The essentials for leaving the kitchen clean are available, which is appreciated because we don't always have them in other listings. We only spent one night but we would have stayed longer 😀

We had the chance to spend a wonderful week in an absolutely charming apartment! Justine kindly welcomed us and gave us the keys to her cozy home where we immediately felt comfortable. The place is very clean, the decoration is neat and the well thought-out kitchen has everything you need (very nice dishes!) Justine even thought of our cat's well-being by providing two nice bowls. There are also books and magazines. The location is ideal with bakeries, restaurants, small shops and Les Halles are close by, as well as the beaches. The Internet connection is perfect! The windows overlook a quiet and sunny cul-de-sac and the small balcony became our cat's favorite spot during our stay! As soon as we can, we'll be happy to go back!
