Enjoy an atypical and cozy 50 m2 accommodation in a charming little village located 30 minutes from Annecy, Aix-les-Bains and 45 minutes from the center of Geneva. Bright apartment on 3 floors with all the comforts you need. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a 120 cm sofa bed. A spacious bathroom with corner bathtub and shower + separate toilet are located on the 1st floor. The kitchen/dining room on the 2nd floor is accessed by a "boat" staircase. The bedroom is under the roofs on the 3rd.

The small town of Seyssel is at the intersection of the departments of Ain, Haute-Savoie and Savoie, 45 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva and Chambéry. The house is 500 m from the Chemin de Compostelle and Via Rhona. The house is 200 m from a leisure center (swimming, water sports) and at the foot of Grand Colombier (1534 m). Shops nearby (less than 3 km). Train station 1.5 km away.

Antoine and Angélique are very good hosts. We were very well received. We got along well, they were very friendly, polite and kind! The house is very well arranged, there is everything you need. It has an incredible view that you never get tired of, from morning to night. The turquoise blue of the lake blends perfectly with the green of the surrounding nature. Near the lake, the very pleasant lake esplanade, Aix les bains and very pretty villages to visit such as Chanaz. Many good restaurants nearby. We had a dream stay! We also enjoyed the bouquet of flowers and the candies 👍 Thank you Angélique and Antoine, we will certainly come back to see you.

Stunningly beautiful castle surrounded by rolling hills full of green - can't think of a better place to spend a few days in Rhone-Alps! Gilles is a great host, made me feel right at home and even graciously helped me with a small problem I had with my car. Everything was impeccably clean, warm blanket and comfortable bed would help you sleep like a bear. This place is truly a gem!

Odile is a very kind person, Always attentive and available if we have questions or need information. The location is just great. As soon as we leave the accommodation we have a superb view of the Rhone. The apartment is very quiet and tidy. I had a great stay at Odile's.
