Small private apartment in a villa in a quiet area on Malen in central Båstad, 500 meters from the sea. Close to Båstad Sportcenter, bakery, restaurants/shops. The accommodation is located in the basement and consists of a large bedroom with a small dining area. In the adjacent room there is a kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, fridge & freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the other part of this room there is a shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine. Private patio with barbecue in the garden. Smoking & pets are not allowed.

This special place is close to everything, the city center, bus station, the harbor with nice beach, tennis courts, nice hiking trails, golf, fishing etc. Great view from 80m2 large roof terrace with barbecue possibility, view of the whole of Båstad, the sea and Hallandsås. 40 m2 apartment for 3-4 people with 160 cm wide double bed and 140 cm wide sofa bed. Free parking outside the property line. Bring your own sheets and towels, or they are available to borrow for SEK 200/person. Sheets for 160cm and 140cm wide bed.

Wonderful sunsets, quiet and beautiful but still close to Båstad. The apartment is on two floors. Hall with wardrobe. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Large kitchen with open floor plan. Open plan upstairs. Double bed (180) Bunk bed (80/120) Large sofa, TV with Chromecast. And a walk-in closet. Patio with access to barbecue.
