Holiday rentals with lake access in Båstad Municipality

Loved this home. So close to everything in town and had lovely views from the patio. Our group enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and stretching out in the ample space. The only hiccup was that the listing did not indicate that we needed to bring our own towels and sheets. Coming from the US and receiving this news when we had already arrived in Sweden was a bit of a stressor but the hosts came through and helps us out. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Hi Hannes, your house is very comfortable and cozy. Quiet and peaceful, yet there is much to discover around. This is the second time we have rented and we are equally satisfied. But the house is starting to need a little TLC, which you probably already know.

We had some really nice days in Nils' cabin! The accommodation was just as described – charming, and located in a quiet and natural environment. Perfect for relaxation and quality time with the family. The cottage was well-equipped and pleasant, and there was plenty of space for both adults, children and our little dog. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and proximity to nature, which gave us the opportunity to both walk and play outdoors. Nils was a very nice and accommodating host, easy to get in touch with and helpful throughout the stay. We left with many nice memories and can highly recommend the cottage to others looking for a quiet and welcoming accommodation. Thank you very much /Michel with family

We spent two weeks in the two houses, a family reunion. It is a wonderful and quiet place and we recommend it most warmly. You of course need a car to go shopping or to spend time on the North sea beach (about half an hour). Jeppe was very helpful and responded quickly if necessary. Within a few minutes there is a beautiful lake for swimming and playing for the kids. And you might even take a swim in the small lake in front of the house besides using the kayaks. There are many typical Swedish houses in the area, but the view from the balcony on to the small lake and the forest landscape is unique (this wide panorama is not reflected in the fotos shown). We are departing with lasting memories.

A cozy and quiet place to stay. Out here in the forest we enjoyed ourselves. Ida was very helpful to the small shopping box with candy, chips and other good stuff was a fun thing. I would have loved to go here again.

We (family of 4 people) enjoyed the apartment very much. It is bright and is beautifully situated on the beach of Nissan. The beds were comfortable. The apartment has what you need.

It was a wonderful week at the house by the lake. Plenty of space, lots of privacy, great nature and tranquility. Possibilities for bathing, canoeing or for the campfire. The host was always available for written communication. Highly recommended!

We loved our week at Johan’s place with our 2 small kids. They had plenty of space to play, toys. Also the proximity of the lake and playground was great. We were able to do some kids friendly activities recommended by Johan. We would love to come back

We had an amazing time here! We want to come back to hopefully have some better weather to truly enjoy all the amenities, but that’s Swedish summer for you! Unbeatable views and surroundings, a true paradise to relax. Hopefully we will be back!!

Very nice cottage located in a quiet and peaceful area. Walking trails in the area and otherwise short driving to find other natural areas. The cottage matched the description and had all the amenities you could wish for. The sauna was a big plus!

Angelica was warm and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Great stay! Beautiful, quiet surroundings. The view is awesome and sauna by the lake gives it that little extra 👌. The cabin is simple but has all that is necessary for a few days. Sylve was super responsive and available at all times.
