The cottage (with separate guest house) is nestled between meadows and pastures, closer to 70 m above sea level with a stunning view, from Kullaberg's blue mountains in the south to Laholm Bay in the north. To the west, Halland's Väderö. The sun can be followed until it sinks into the sea like an orange. Along several trails, you can hike straight into the nature reserve with breathtaking views, steep cliffs, babbling streams and lush greenery. Only 0.6 km to the sea at Hovs Hallar with swimming from sun-warmed slabs and steep cliffs.

Between Båstad and Torekov, you will find this holiday home with fantastic views of Skälderviken and proximity to both golf courses and swimming. An ICA store is also about 1 km from the house. The house can be used both in winter and summer. On the front side, you will find a terrace with a fantastic view. There is also a more sheltered patio in the back. The house has an open floor plan with, among other things, kitchen/fireplace and relaxation corner. On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom as well as a cozy living room with TV.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Ekbacken

Bo i vår charmiga korsvirkesstuga uppe på Hallandsåsen i pittoreska Hov, lättillgängligt mittemellan idylliska Båstad och Torekov. Här på Ekbacken, i hjärtat av Bjärehalvön, njuter du av de vidsträckta vyerna över fälten som sträcker sig så långt ögat kan nå. Hästar, kor och rådjur är våra närmaste grannar. Utsikten är magisk. Stugan är uppdelad i ett sovloft med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa. Här finns också ett litet, men välutrustat kök och tvättmaskin. Badrum med dusch.

Ett enkelt och mysigt rum i närheten till havet, stationen, skog och Båstad. Observera att rummet är enkelt och litet, ca 10 kvm inklusive badrum och kökspentry. Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det enkla cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

Wonderful farmhouse 4 km just outside Båstad. The farmhouse is located on a farm with Icelandic horses in a fantastic environment with beech forests. The house has a sleeping loft with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice living room with kitchen and fireplace. Large, spacious patio in all directions with outdoor furniture and Weber gas grill. Hiking, horseback riding and cycling trails are available in the area.
