Lovely apartment on the Colombier Haut property, situated on a hilltop in a quiet cul de sac with beautiful surrounding countryside views. This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The lounge sofa unfolds into a double bed. In the secluded garden is a 10m x5m pool with roman end and alarm that can be used from June to September. Brick built bbq.

Sleeping 2 people, BZ (excellent sleeping, Dunlopillo mattresses). 2.7 km, Auchan, Lidl, MC do, restaurant etc. Bastide de Villeneuve sur Lot 4 km away, Pujols: classified "villages plus beaux de France " free bus. Many castles and bastides nearby, Agen 38 min, Bergerac 1 hour away. Aquatic center - 5 km away, walk, gastronomy, water sport. Relax in this quiet and stylish space.

The cottage, completely independent, is located in the park, without vis-à-vis with the owners house and 1 other cottage. "La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Air-conditioned attic

These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
