It includes a large room upstairs (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2 and the bathroom. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV, etc.), bathroom with low shower, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic skylights, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

My accommodation is on the top floor (with elevator) of a beautiful Haussmann building, with unobstructed views of all the monuments of Paris. Located at the Voltaire metro station, between Bastille and Père Lachaise, it is close to all shops (bistros, wine cellar...) and in the heart of a real neighborhood life. I am very attached to Parisian life and I chose this apartment because it brings together for me all the attractions of the capital. It is quiet, warm and carefully furnished.
