We had such a lovely stay at Heloise's apartment. Not only was Heloise so sweet, she also accommodated us on very short notice. We can't thank her enough for being so kind, considerate, and going above and beyond for us. We felt right at home in the space, everything was exactly as pictured, and the rooftop views were fabulous. The entire space is clean, bight, and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are looking for calm and quite during the night, but the flat is also situated perfectly in relation to other areas of Paris. It's boarders Le Marias and is right by the 11th which gives a very local vibe. The apartment is one of our very favorite airbnbs we have stayed at and we would not hesitate to book the space on another trip to Paris. Thank you again Heloise for making our stay memorable. We really enjoyed our time in your beautiful space.

Great stay, very much a persons home so has his unique touch to the decor and should be respected as such. But apartment had everything you need to stay. We spent most our time outside in Paris so didn’t utilise the kitchen equipment but I’m sure it’s more than adequate. Location is brilliant for metro links and easily accessible from Eurostar station. Host was super friendly and responsive too so overall great weekend. Would use again.

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Great stay at Eric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

Sweet and very nice apartment. Everything was clean and the check-in and check-out process worked great. The hosts are very kind and very accommodating. They were available to us around the clock for questions and responded very quickly. Even with a small technical problem, they were there within 20 minutes and took care of it. We highly recommend the place!

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

For us the most important things were the nearby train station. We didn't feel unsafe walking home from the station to the apartment late at night. The nearby train can go directly to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment had a nice view just like in the photos of the listing. It had everything we needed. We don't smoke but it seemed like it was smoker friendly but it didn't smell like tobacco at all which was great.

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.

Great location, Mr Vincent is very helpful & proactive . Clean house Only issue is 3rd floor no elevator .
