Ideal location 1 min walk from Ledru-Rollin tube station and 10 min walk from Gare de Lyon & Bastille, right in the heart of the trendy & family-friendly district of the Aligre market. The proximity to Gare de Lyon makes it very fast to go anywhere in Paris and to Disneyland. A balcony runs all the way around the flat with an outdoor table for 2 people. It overlooks the surrounding area and lets you see the sunrise and sunset lights.

Very french neighborhood. Voltaire/Place Leon Blum. Métro #9 and five buses,#46, #54, #69, #61, #75. Cafe's, restaurants, lunch spots, 3 groceries, different markets for meat, fish, cheese, fruit and veggies. Velib/Bike stations in 4 directions. Things have changed since 2020. I left for 3 months, it turned into 2 years. I rent the whole place when I'm away. Be aware, 2 flights of stairs and no elevator. Very french! Enjoy.
