This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Exceptionally private location on a large block with native bush, birds and wildlife. This house captures the essence of a beach holiday - it is open and light, with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and aged oak floors. It is tastefully decorated for a very comfortable stay.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look.
