Beach house holiday rentals in Batemans Bay

We had an incredible long weekend at Buru. Colin was an exceptional host. I cannot imagine a more peaceful setting. And all of the extras of a fire pit, bocci ball, showers from the beach, that coffee maker (!) were greatly appreciated. I wish I were still on the back patio, gazing at the ocean with coffee in hand.

Fantastic place, beautiful view, had the essentials and even a Tesla charger.

This place is a gem in one of my favourite places in the world. Easy communication and good setup for a small group/ family. We are repeat guests.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen was very well appointed & perfect for cooking meals at home. The views are just stunning and the house is super close to a divine white sandy beach. The fire kept us warm and cosy on the cool autumn nights. Will definitely return.

Shelter at Malua Bay was everything we were looking for after a tiring term. The beautiful bay was literally in our backyard. The views from the expansive deck were amazing and we delighted in swimming in the cool water and hunting for pretty shells. Every night we were lulled to peaceful slumber by the sounds of the crashing waves. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare our daily meals. A wonderful stay, we will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Kylie’s place—it was very relaxing. The walk to the beach was nice and easy, and the local beach was perfect for our senior dog. We even had some wildlife visitors in the backyard, including beautiful birds and either wallabies or kangaroos, which was such a treat! Although it rained for almost our entire stay, we were more than happy to cozy up inside and play games by the fire.

We loved staying at Lynne’s house with our two teenagers. The location is superb with a gorgeous beach 8 minutes walk from the house and a generous deck overlooking the water for outdoor dining and reading. The rooms are really generous and comfortable, heaps of room for relaxing. So many great beaches to explore in this area and only a 15 minute drive to Batemans bay for groceries. Highly recommended for a relaxing, super low key beach holiday.

Karen was super responsive and I also met her husband and dog who were friendly and helpfully brought us beach towels. It’s close to a beautiful beach, feels new and clean and the kids loved having a pool. Kitchen had all we needed and bed was comfy. Thanks Karen!

Great stay at Megan’s place. The unit is great for a couple and close to the beach and all the attractions. Megan went above and beyond to facilitate an early check in. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is an amazing host. This property was not only in a brilliant position but it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed here to celebrate my 60th Birthday with our adult children, partners and our 2 small dogs. The yard is great for dogs although the side gate may not be great for some small dogs as they may get through. We solved this by placing the bins there which worked a treat. Stephanie has indicated that she will look at adjusting this. The house is immaculately furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. Stephanie was very responsive during our stay when we had some queries, providing us with locations of EV chargers, activities & places to dine. The house is walking distance to Malua Bay Shops. Raymond’s Chinese is delicious. Club Malua has great food, cocktails & Barefoot Bowls.The pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. The table tennis was enjoyed by all adults. The layout of the house allows for plenty of spots to chill out. We will be back.

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is impeccably designed and well appointed, with breathtaking views of the headland and ocean. We brought our 3 year old and found the house to be safe and easy for her to get around and Paul provided a high chair which was great! What I loved most about the property was that it backs onto these lush rolling green hills, so you can literally walk along the headland and down to the sea straight from the back garden. It was great for our toddler who loved playing in the grass and exploring rock pools, with the lovely backdrop of the grassy hills descending to the rocky shoreline. We’d love to return one day!

This place was perfect for our family with kids - spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our needs. We loved everything about it and couldn't find any faults. The hosts were great, and the location was fantastic. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a family-friendly spot. We're already saving it for our summer plans, and my parents absolutely adored the place. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

This was the perfect Airbnb for a mini break with our group of friends and kids. The house has everything you could ever think of, toys, books, linen, towels, cooking utensils. There is a short walk to the beach from the property and we often encountered horses on the way, just lovely. The outdoor area with the bbq and fire pit was used for almost every meal and was a great spot for us all to hang out. It was a truly memorable stay and we already look forward to the next stay!

The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped !!!The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and watching the sunset there was such a relaxing experience. The host was super friendly! The location is also great — just a short drive to the beach and local shops. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Narooma!

Sharon was lovely to deal with. Very responsive from the start and always helpful. Responded always in a very timely manner. Sharon checked on us to ensure we got into the house without issue & had everything on hand we needed. The location and house was terrific - just perfect for us to catch up for a family event at Nelligen & have a lovely coastal drive. Sharon has thought of everything! An information pack on the home and the area. Little notations around the house to help us - from which switch is for what, wall holders and phone charges available throughout, bathroom facilities & little extras - all very thoughtful. Kitchen well stocked for easy use, just bring your food! A bit chilly for us to be outside too long, however, the pit fire we would use another time! Plenty of beds and bedding, such an easy house to be cosy in. Easy to heat during our stay & would be easy to cool in Summer too. Thankyou Sharon for allowing us to stay in your lovely home :)

Beautiful location made for a delightful pet friendly get away. The water was still fine for swimming and the munjip trail and markets at Maruya are well with it.

Great place to stay, modern clean and recently built. Has everything you need to feel at home. A short drive to Batemans bay and the numerous beaches in the area. Host was proactive and instructions were clear. Look forward to staying again.

Amazing House with everything you need. Very Luxurious especially the main bedroom. The Table tennis table was a big hit with the rain coming down outside. lastly the garage space was awesome as we had two cars and mountain bikes that felt very secure.

Quiet residential location, easy walk to local shops, cafes and beach. The cottage is well equipped with absolutely everything you need and the beds are really comfy. Our dog loved playing in the large secure yard (but was a little hesitant about the open tread on the back stairs). Sharon is a very responsive and friendly host and the welcome goodies were greatly appreciated. We had a lovely stay.
