Holiday rentals with breakfast in Batignolles, Paris

We are a group that loves to travel and dress in costumes related to the places we visit. Valerie's place was fantastic and proved a great location for our adventure. The space was well maintained and very comfortable.

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

Fernando est très réactif et à su nous renseigner par rapport à nos besoins et aux distances (car nous ne connaissions pas le secteur et nous avions un mariage sur Reuil). Un peu juste pour six personnes sur un long séjour mais pour deux nuits pour nous c'était parfait.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena ha sido una anfitriona maravillosa, desde el principio, antes de llegar siempre a respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta. Una vez en su casa ha estado atenta a cualquier necesidad que he podido tener, haciendo todo para que me sintiese como en casa. La casa esta totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy bien situada, a 10 m andando de la estación de tren y con autobuses a 2 m. El zona donde se encuentra es muy tranquila y segura. Gracias Madalena por tu hospitalidad!!!!

Moment suspendu. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Airbnb. Au delà du logement. Nous avons vécu une véritable expérience que Yohann et son épouse ont su créée. Et celle-ci a commencé dès les premiers échanges téléphoniques . L’endroit est magnifique. Les ôtes ont su répondre avec éclat à toutes mes demandes complémentaires (décoration, petit déjeuner). La ville est aussi très très charmante. Yohann nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli. Nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je n’exagère pas sur mon retour. Il s’agissait de notre premier anniversaire de mariage, je les remercie sincèrement car ils ont participé à ce moment exceptionnel. Je recommande!!!!

Great stay at a cosy, modern and well-decorated apartment. Guillaume was extremely responsive, and gave clear and easy instructions. Check-in was convenient & easy, and the flat is a perfect base to explore Paris (only 1 stop from Gare Du Nord, if you’re coming via Eurostar!).

What a wonderful experience! David was a gracious host with many recommendations and insights. His picturesque flat had all the features we were looking for. It’s very close to many busy areas, but the block itself is nice and quiet. Great bakeries and restaurants abound in the neighborhood and there is a Metro station very close by. We came to Paris for my wife’s birthday and we got everything we could hope for from our time there. Highly recommended! Merci, David. We loved being hosted by you.

Incredible, the apartment is beautiful and it is a perfect place to stay. I went with a friend and the apartment has everything you need, it is spacious and very comfortable. It has incredible natural light and views of the rooftops of the city. Everything was super bright and beautiful, it is certainly a place that makes you sad to leave. It is very well connected with very close metro lines that take you to the whole city (You can reach the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower in less than 30 minutes). And the neighborhood is quiet, where you can find restaurants, cafes and very modern buildings. I would certainly repeat it, although I hope to return in the future. Without a doubt a magical place in this incredible city. Thank you very much Hélène for everything, I hope to return very soon. Increíble, el apartamento es precioso y es un lugar perfecto para alojarse. Yo fui con una amiga y el piso tiene todo lo que necesitas , es espacioso y muy cómodo. Tiene una luz natural increíble y vistas a los tejados de la ciudad. Todo estaba super limpio y bonito, sin duda es un lugar que te da pena irte. Esta muy bien comunicado con líneas de metro muy cercanas que te llevan a toda la ciudad (Puedes llegar al arco de triunfo y a la torre Eiffel en menos de 30 minutos). Y el barrio es tranquilo, donde puedes encontrar restaurantes, cafeterías y edificios muy modernos. Sin duda repetiría aunque espero en un futuro volver. Sin duda un lugar mágico en esta increíble ciudad. Muchísimas Gracias Hélène por todo, espero volver muy pronto.

The place is practical, comfortable, and has everything you need. In addition to being clean and well-equipped, it’s located in one of the best areas of Paris with easy access to public transportation. Nadine is a warm and attentive host. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris! I will definitely be coming back.

Alex was great to work with! Was super helpful and communicative. Also could not recommend the actual Airbnb enough, the view was gorgeous! In a very busy area but still felt private and peaceful.

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Kurzurlaub in Paris perfekt gemacht. Die Lage ist ideal und gut zu Fuss vom Gare du Nord erreichbar. Wir konnten viel zu Fuss, aber auch mit der Metro unternehmen. In fussläufiger Entfernung befindet sich ein guter Supermarkt sowie ein Bäcker und viele weitere Läden und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man benötigt. Alexandre ist sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Alexandre hat uns proaktiv mit allen Informationen versorgt, die wir benötigten. Es waren sogar bei Ankunft verschiedene Getränke, Brot, so wie Butter und Marmelade vor Ort. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert und zeitlich flexibel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

A home that requires to be loved and in return will make you feel welcomed. We (couple) stayed here for a week during Christmas and we truly felt in love with the quite neighborhood, but also with the small apartament. Is well positioned, close to 2 metro stations, and Agnes was really welcoming, helpful and sweet. In our last day we just stayed in the apartment to recharge. Totally recommend it.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

동네가 마레지구라 주변 환경이 깔끔하고 고풍스러운 건물도 많고 주변 상점들도 많았습니다 동네가 아름다워서 추천하고 싶습니다 지하철 역과도 가까웠고 1층이라 살짝 소음이 들릴 수 있는데 창문이 소음 차단을 잘해줘서 여행 후 기절하면 중간에 깨는 일 없이 잘 수 있습니다 Morgan님이 제공해주는 조식도 너무 좋았고 정말 친절하셔서 행복한 숙소였습니다 28인치 캐리어 구석에 펼칠 순 있는데그러면 통로가 막혀 불편하긴 합니다 화장실도 작아서 성인 남자면 힘들 수 있습니다 여성 두분 여행 할 때 추천하는 숙소이고 화장실은 작지만 정말 깔끔했고 드라이기 바람도 세고 면봉이랑 화장솜도 있고 티슈도 두껍고 중앙에 거울이 크게 있어서 좋았습니다 침대도 크고 매트리스 푹신해서 좋았습니다 웬만한 관광지랑 모두 가까워서 완전 추천하는 숙소입니다

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

We loved our stay at Laurence's home. The location is fantastic, a short walk to pedestrian zones with restaurants and shops, the River Seine near Notre Dame cathedral and other sites; and Metro and bus. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely room overlooking the Saint Jacques tower and park. The space is a little unusual with the bedroom, toilet, and sink/shower all in different rooms off the shared hallway, but Laurence respected our privacy and we felt very comfortable with the set-up. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future. Laurence: thank you for being such a friendly and accommodating host - we really enjoyed chatting with you.

Super schöne kleine Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel. Paris ist von dort aus super zu erkunden. Metro fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir empfehlen die Stadt mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

To był świetny pobyt u Dominiki i Eryka. Bardzo ciepłe i serdeczne przyjęcie i traktowanie przez cały pobyt. Czuliśmy się naprawdę jak członkowie tej przesympatycznej francuskiej Rodziny. Dominika i Eryk to bardzo wyjątkowi ludzie gotowi do wszelkiej pomocy. Dzięki temu nasz wyjazd do Paryża był bardzo udany. Lokalizacja willi bardzo dobra, w pobliżu kilku środków transportu. Pyszne śniadania. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim, którzy chcą odwiedzić Paryż i mieszkać z parą wyjątkowych ludzi.
