It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

A very nice, comfortable, and modern apartment. All of the appliances work well and the apartment is very clean. It has a beautiful view on the Acropolis, especially at night. The apartment is located à in a residential area with about a 30 mins walk or 20 mins by metro to the tourist attractions. The check-in process was very simple, however the check-out time is very strict with not much flexibility.

the apartment was beautiful with great views very clean. maria was very quick to respond with any information we needed. if anything were need changing i believe it would be the description. everything was wonderful and we would stay again. But, we had no idea that somebody lives there full time, sofia, while she was very kind as well as rarely there she was present so going into the pool or waking up and looking out the windows and seeing her, trying to do the laundry and having to wait for her laundry to be done, was not what we were expecting and felt it should have been in the description that someone lives there full time. it was an amazing place, maria, sofia, were amazing to work with and we would without a doubt stay again.

We had a such a wonderful stay in Irene’s apartment which is situated in a beautifully peaceful spot. We loved being so close to the sea - perfect for that early morning swim - and there’s a great taverna right next door. The apartment was extremely clean and Irene had thought of everything we might possibly need for our stay. Irene is a lovely person and she was such a great host - so kind, helpful, friendly and welcoming. I felt I had made a new friend by the time we left. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely spectacular views and a lovely place to chill out and take in the scenery. Great little cove to explore with turquoise sea to swim in. The house has everything you need and is both a pretty setting to spend the day at and also well equipped with all the essentials like laundry powder and dishwasher tablets making life easy. It is quite remote so one of the roads to the house that google maps may try to take you on to the house was not passable at the time of our visit. Not a problem once you learn to ignore google. Frank's instructions are good and Frank was very responsive when we had minor issues operating equipment. Salamina is not a wealthy or commercial island but it has a wealth of natural beauty with rugged hills, pine forests and lots of nice pebbly beaches (small and very pretty pebbles and lots of interesting shells). There are some great beach and marina side restaurants. We could happily have stayed longer if we had the time!

We spent every morning sipping coffee and every evening enjoying wine under the stars — it truly felt magical. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The host was warm, welcoming, and super responsive, which made everything even better. But honestly, it’s the terrace that makes this place unforgettable. Whether you’re relaxing with a book, having a quiet dinner, or just soaking in the Athenian atmosphere, it’s the perfect private escape right in the heart of the city. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would come back in a heartbeat!
