Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend their place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. I would love to stay here again! Best view of the city.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

Nice 1-bed-room apartment, good homely feel (but also private as it has a separate entrance and the host doesn't intrude - but is also responsive and contactable if you need anything) and suitable for a solo traveller, couple, or even family with a young child. Nice bedroom, comfy living room space and kitchen (with a table that doubles duty as an extended food prep area and dining table). Only the bedroom has A/C (other spaces have fans) which might be an issue if it's a warm day and you plan to stay in, but would expect that most people who book a stay here will be out during the day anyway, so it's not really an issue. peaceful quiet neighbourhood but urban necessities are accessible within a kilometre which is quite nice.

Only issue if I were to knit pick, Was the bills on top Of the monies already paid. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and I would definitely go back!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

So glad my friends and I found a home away from home in Ja-ela. Stayed 8 days here. Angela was an amazing host. Location wise, it’s a small town so everything is accessible. Only a 15 minute drive from airport. Supermarket & convenience stores just 10 min ride away/20min walk. However, since the area is residential it’s very quiet and peaceful, some Uber drivers are not familiar with it so they would call first to confirm the location. Get familiar with the area so you can give directions to them. Overall it was clean, especially the toilet and bedrooms which is most important for me. 4 of us shared 2 beds. The living room & dining area are bigger than in the photos! Wifi was fast. Best part of it was that the host stayed right next to the villa, so she was available for anything we needed like gas for the stove or other supplies we needed. Was also very easy to communicate with her by text for help or recommendations. Planning to come back here in my next trip to Ja-ela.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. Whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or simply making sure we had everything we needed, she was always just a few steps away and happy to help with a warm smile. This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. We wish we found this place earlier and will very happily recommend it to our friends and stay there again in the future. Thank you, Kaushi, for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great stay and Janith's Airbnb. Really good communication, and care taker was around if we needed any help with anything. Perfect for a group stay. Was clean, tidy. Pool was exactly what you needed with the heat and lit up in the evening so you could still enjoy it at night time. Would recommend... looking Forward to coming back :)

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

The stay in this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes walk you are on the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly get to the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a good night's sleep. Check-in was completely smooth, and communication with Shiffan was easy and enjoyable at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out at the water was pure luxury. I can really recommend this place from the bottom of my heart – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

This was the BEST place we stayed at for the entire trip in Sri Lanka, even though other locations were pretty good too. What made it different is the level of attention everything was given. it did not feel like renting out bnb, it is a fully furnished apartment that feels like home. every single thing is well thought out, and nothing lacks. it is simply a piece of heaven and most beautiful. highly recommend to anyone and wish we could have stayed longer. The host family went out of their way to help us around too. They even let us check out later because the flights were in the evening and rode us to the airport. my friend's review was that: - Well furnished apartment, great and considerate host family who make you feel at home - small details are attended to - Value for money and a joy to live in ...to say the least! thank you so much Anuka, Nilan and Janani for giving us a home away from home. Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good.
