Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Tiny House - Bahnwärter's Hexenhaus Rehfelde

You will be staying in small 2019 restaur. Tiny house from 1911, which is located on the grounds of the Berlin-Ostkreuz railway line to Poland and is designed as a SUMMER house with outdoor kitchen on the covered terrace in rural surroundings with chickens and sheep in the neighborhood. You can relax around the campfire and the beautiful starry tent in the evening, hike and be right in the forest from here. Dogs that are not educated must remain on a leash. Forest house near Berlin

This eco-house, lovingly renovated, is just 30 km from Berlin. Inside, a cozy fireplace provides cozy warmth, while the walls with clay create a healthy indoor climate. Modern infrared underfloor heating, a rain shower with massage functions and a toilet with bidet offer additional comfort. There is a lot of forest and three lakes in the area. Outdoor shower, fitness equipment, trampoline and table tennis in summer – a perfect place to enjoy culture and nature!

Wooden hut in the idyllic nature park

In the nature park of Märkische Schweiz, in the pretty Waldsieversdorf, our wooden hut stands on a separate property. It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here even in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that gives you pleasant, long-lasting and cozy warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom.

Vacation on the small Stienitz lake

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house. We live in the lower apartment and have a large garden which can be used in summer by arrangement for relaxing and barbecuing. Our 5 hens usually deliver so many eggs that we would be happy to give some away. The view to the north overlooks the small Stienitzsee. Not far from our garden is a public swimming area on the small Stienitzsee on Seestrasse.

From the garden terrace with a relaxing view of the large and lovingly designed garden, it is only a 2-minute walk through the apple orchard to the private, shared jetty of the house. From here you have a wonderful view over the entire Peetzsee and can watch the aquatic animals as they enjoy the tranquility of the local nature.
