Exceptional quality penthouse, 250 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 terraces and a private pool. The apartment overlooks the Alhambra, the Cathedral, and the Albaicin. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room for 10 people. The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colors and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows with views of the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table, and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights include: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200 cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with whirlpools and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cool/heat), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used year-round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella, and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing, and enjoying the views.

The cave is a natural underground, sustainable and bioclimatic house with a pleasant temperature throughout the year. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in summer as well as in winter. It is a mountain location at 1200 m above sea level. The area is less hot in summer than many other places due to its geography, and it cools down nicely at night. It is 1 km from the center of town. The municipal pool is free in summer.
