It is a cozy top-floor apartment (100 m²) with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment has balconies. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
