Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is cultivated. Many chickens, bees and our two Labrador girls Caro and Maya live with us and roam freely around the farm. Vacationers and installers are welcome!

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
