Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Un alloggio indipendente ricavato da quella che era la casa dei miei nonni. Nella ristrutturazione abbiamo cercato di conservarne l'atmosfera autentica e familiare che da sempre la rende un luogo speciale per noi. Si apre su una grande terrazza con giardino e vista sulla collina, ombreggiata da un grande albero di alloro quasi centenario da cui prende il nome. Situata a pochi passi dal centro, con la Chiesa del XVIII secolo, farmacia, bar, ristoranti pizzeria e una deliziosa gelateria.

The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
